Extremely busy, had to wait a bit longer than usual even though we ordered ahead with the app and waited in the car park collection bay.
Some items weren't available, but that's something we've got used to with this particular branch.
Food was up to its normal standard and fairly hot.
Still have a big problem with the lack of "normal" sugared drinks as health problems prevent being able to tolerate alternative sweetening ingredients.
A few weeks since I've been there, but I was very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, and especially the kindness of the gentleman who helped me when my receipt didn't come out of the machine and I didn't know the number of my order. Unusual to get such good service somewhere so busy!
Everything was piping hot. The place was clean and the staff were lovely. Really enjoyed our experience. Parking is a little tight though but you can park on the outside if needs be. Very close to a large number of shops so easily accessible
Went through the drive thru, food was hot and made quickly. Staff friendly and efficient
Stopped here on the way back to Liverpool from Newcastle for breakfast.
Place was very clean, not overly busy and the staff were very polite. Food was very fresh and tasty. Didn't wait long at all.
Very busy but lot of space to seat. Clean Ang no tidy, friendly staff. Parking.
Perfect and the service was great but we had to keep going back to get our food redone because the kept messing up and kids were very loud and knocked a lot of staff.
Went with my granddaughter I'm disabled and staff were very helpful
They must have some secret recipe for the burgers here... You cannot find better tasting ones for miles around.
And the breakfast is also very well made.

Staff were friendly. Food was nice and hot. Car parks horrendous at busy times.
Must have had supply issues no frappes no tropical no Fanta.

As a delivery driver I would really appreciate the hard job that all staff working hard under pressure, servicing drive through, inside collection and deliveries, However due to a lack of mismanagement u can see negatives feedback. the only point I would like to notice to them in my section as a driver is to check the drivers account before handing orders to them, so a few drivers working there by 10 different accounts in same time, I have seen staff given 6 orders to the driver and he was still waiting to pickup more thats I never seen anywhere else, how come?! Uber never care they can catch them easy.... but it is macdonald's staff responsibility to check drivers account or even not given more than 2 orders as it is allowed to reduce mistakes, missings, complaints from customer about, food is cold, is missing, is mixed with another orders, they didn't get thier order. I have heard stories from customers while doing delivery there, I felt really sorry about them, if we just swap positions we will understand what is going around. I have left the area and I hope whatever I mentioned to help ...
