I now realise why there was a queue out of the door when we visited today. The cheese and branston pickle quiche, cheese and onion pasty and iced fingers were delicious and fantastic value for money. Sadly we live two hours away but will be making this bakers our first stop when we visit again.

Great selection of pastries, and cakes also the pizzas are amazing! All home made. Staff and customer service is 5 star.

Called in yesterday, tried the corned beef pastie, good value for money and tasted great, went back in for a cream cake and some crusty rolls to take home, would definately call back.

Absolutely wonderful pastries and cakes from authenticated bakery, just wish we had something any where near as good as this at home. Just had delicious quiche and amazing cream cake for tea, yesterday savoury pastries and stottie for breakfast. Can't recommend highly enough.

Delicious sweet and savoury bakes, always served with a smile. The portions are big but the prices are small 👌🏻 The staff are also so attentive. I watched one of the girls serve a mentally impaired customer with such patience and kindness that was above and beyond - lovely to see.

Had a buffet for my mams wake it was beautiful all family and friends said how beautiful the food was there was plenty and it was displayed by them 100% I would recommend them I will definitely be using them in the future thank you xx

Just sat having some cheese and onion quiche and beans for my lunch and had to be said the pastry is superb. I normally chuck it away as it goes soggy in microwave but not this one. 10/10 guys scrumdidlyumptious xx

We paid a small visit at Bishop Auckland and was attracted by the cakes from outside the window. The cakes we tried were really tasty and fresh! And the price was just amazing. Would absolutely come again when we visit the place in the future!
