We had a lovely buffet breakfast with the family. Plenty of choice and also you could order other breakfast food of the menu. Very good service. They have a nice play area for the children.
Had a spare hour and popped in to let the kids loose in the soft play and grab a drink. My little boy is autistic and the staff were absolutely fantastic with him. We will definitely come back! Thank you
Took kids yesterday as school had teacher training day couldn't complain about anything staff were lovely food was spot on for the price ate off the 2 for £8:99 menu bargain
Wonderful friendly staff serving scrumptious meals. There were eight of us yesterday all with varying taste, and yet they can accommodate all our different menu choices without bother. Brilliant.
Huge thanks to the staff at Brewers Fayre at Tindale Crossing, especially our waitress, Marie. You guys went above and beyond to make my son's birthday special.
Daniel and Andrew are both very happy little boys
Had a fantastic meal yesterday when we visit...and can I just say the customer service that we received from ordering food to a waiter giving my lil girl a colouring pack to keep her entertained was great! Definitely will be back!
We had a lovely family meal to celebrate my son's birthday, lovely meal then enjoying cake, ice cream and sweets for dessert. Kids played in soft play area and had lots of fun-- definitely be going back soon.
food was lovely, staff polite. the menu is extensive with offers in place.
Just had Christmas dinner, couldn't fault anything, food was great staff fantastic as always. Merry Christmas!
I go here on a regular basis with the kids due to them having a soft play area. Yes you have to pay £3 but this is for 90minutes play, if it's not busy they don't ask you to leave and the kids love it. The girls in the soft play are lovely, they do watch the kids within reason but they are there to serve customers in the play area and tidy up too, you however are there to watch your own kids. When you go to ruff and tumble and bamboozles they don't supervise your kids for £5 so why should they, have a word with the parents. Meals are always nice and great price especially if you go during the week. The only thing I can say bad against the place is that they should offer the 2 for £11 meals on a weekend which i have emailed as i think this would attract more people, The March Hare are always full with 2 for 1. We had the breakfast yesterday was lovely and kids eat free with an adult so win win
My hubby and 2 grandsons have just had a fabulous lunch. Each of us had something different. I tried the new pie...creamy chicken, pulled ham with cheesy topping. It was absolutely delicious. The staff there are always very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We've been going there for over 25 years and would recommend it to everyone.
Took daughter for breakfast. Cooked food was excellent. Good selection for continental breakfast. Have been here several times with no complaints
Regularly visit this restaurant at least twice weekly food is always well cooked and presented, the staff and manager are always friendly, the daytime menu is great value ,also the regular menu and Sunday lunch is always cooked well and served with a smile get a bonus card collect points and get a free birthday meal plus loads of offers ,you won't be disappointed 👍
My colleagues and I stayed here for 4 weeks. Due to staying at the Premiere Inn next door, we ate here almost every night. The food was amazing every night, couldn’t fault it! The food came out very promptly 99% of the time. The staff became like family to us. Constantly laughing and joking with us as if we had known them for years. A big thank you to Matthew, Sophie, Charley, Amelia, Niall, Carl and any other staff members who dealt with us (I’m horrendous with names)… you truly couldn’t have been more friendly and inviting!
We always go before 6.00 for the fantastic offers. Food is always very good for everyone, my 4 grandchildren love it too. Its a bit pricey after 6.00, but choose your times and have a great meal at an amazing price.
Took the two kids to play for a bit. Very clean and the waitress was really nice to us. We have visited before and think it's a good place for the kids to blow off some steam. Meals are nice and they have a great range of drinks. We had a Pint of Madri, which was nice and large glass of wine for my wife. Canny place, gets busy sometimes but we went down about 4pm and it was fairly quiet. Will definitely visit again.
Good pub grub would be best description. I was Passing through after a visit to raby castle with family, stopped in for late lunch. Staff were friendly and attentive service was good and food was tasty. There was probably only approx 1/2dm dozen other tables taken & all spread out in different areas of the dining area including a couple of tables taken outside where people were sitting in the sunshine and enjoying a couple of drinks
Sunday carvery was lovely only down side was the beef was a bit tough however the roasties were amazing much better than toby carvery and our granddaughter loved the play house
Good food for the kids. The stress of party was taken away by the staff at Brewers Fayre Bishop Auckland. Lucy and Emma were exceptional. I didn’t have to worry about anything and so was able to sit back and enjoyed myself with the friends. All the kids had a great time playing in the soft play area. They enjoyed the party, eat their food with a movie choice from the birthday girl, plus, the kids didn’t waste any food. Fantastic.
Came here on Monday afternoon kids was at school so me my wife came for lunch Jonny was in and again was fantastic service always had time for us see if everything was fine .
We stayed in the Premier Inn next door and ordered the 9.99 breakfast (kids eat free). We also ate here in the evenings. Polite and friendly staff. Eat all you want breakfast, full English, toast, fruit, cereal, cakes, tea, coffee, juice. Evening meal has a very good selection. A little play park joined to the pub also a play centre in pub (extra charge). Great location next to a retail park.
Foods okay not much flavor definitely family style type restaurant has a great view it’s a nice location.
First visit with the little one and great experience overall. Food was brilliant, ordered the gammon and it was perfectly cooked. The little one loved the soft play and the cost was compared to other soft plays was well worth it. Definitely visiting again.
Quite decent carvery. Really tasty turkey. Beef looked dry and some other guests commented that it was dry. Good selection of veg which was nicely cooked. Tables in need of revarnishing and the restaurant feels tired and in need of some care and attention. Overall value for money and the experience met my expectations.
