My second time eating here, and both of us really enjoyed the breakfast of Eggs Benedict, and a Full English Breakfast. For the English breakfast, the bacon was of great quality with good thickness, and cooked just enough. The black pudding was very flavoursome and moist but firm, the mushrooms sea

Where ever I am if they are on the menu I eat them and these are by far the best! Perfect cooked on top of a spectacular traditional muffin.

This is the best dinery in Bishop Auckland because everything is freshly cooked and the bread specialities baked on premises with out sales are a delight. Cheddar & Nigella Brea. Jalopeno bread and Marmite baked loaf my favourites. Exception friendly service outside and inside. Delightful garden.
Decent cup of latte coffee, nice bacon sandwich and warmed cheese scone with chutney. Staff friendly and helpful. Toilets in outside seating area were spotless.

We try and visit for breakfast every few weeks when we’re both off work. ALWAYS excellent service and the food is spot on. Definitely recommend!
Decent and popular small cafe with helpful staff. Part of the attraction is the fresh bread. Over all I consider it to be decent value. The sourdough bread is acceptable but not as good as Rise in Barnard Castle or Northern Rye in Ouseburn. Rise is also a bakers/restaurant.
Staff are amazing ive been back numerous times the food is amazing and excellently presented, just a shame the black pudding wasn't cooked
