I have a daughter with a anaphylactic milk allergy, and staff and chef couldn’t have been more helpful �she even got her first dairy free ice cream out of the house, thanks so much to everyone, we will be back xx

Checked in very late, reception directed me straight to the bar and alllowed me to take a glass of wine up to my room (straight away) Swift, courteous and friendly service. Thank you ��
Absolutely love it here! I've been meaning to come here for a meal for a while now, but work most weekends. Seeing as it's my birthday and I've got some time off, my husband asked where I wanted to go for dinner. The Park Head was my first choice, I was not disappointed. We came for Sunday carvery and I must say the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the decor is gorgeous, its very countryside and homely! Can't wait to return when I next get a weekend off, I'll bring the rest of the family next time. I will definitely be recommending The Park Head Hotel. Thank you for making my birthday meal so lovely!
We had a small family celebration for my parents golden wedding anniversary here, and all the staff from the hotel check-in, bar, waiting staff and the night manager couldn't do enough to make sure we had a fantastic time. The food was excellent and very good value.

Great venue for a family celebration meal. Private dinning area for approx 30 guests. Carvery was excellent. Friendly and attentive staff made for a perfect evening.
Once again welcomed to the Park Head after my previous visit a few year ago. Great to see that recent improvements have enhanced the charm of this friendy place, room terrific once again staff friendy and approachable. Food good quality and plenty of it, mind you I had a wrestle with a sausage this morning not wanting to be cut.

Just got home after a spontaneous one night stay. Food was amazing, evening meal superb, breakfast was brilliant variety of full English or cereals toasts yoghurts etc.
staff very friendly made to feel very welcome and looked after. Evening service was efficient and quick between courses.
Room was cosy, clean and comfortable. traditional not modern the way I like it, instantly made you feel relaxed. Thankyou all very much, a rare child free night made even better by staying at park head will definitely return.
