But wen I whet it was 1 pm o'clock and must of the tablets was full with mothers with baby's and must of them was feeding...but must of the time I go and different time baby's and mums all ways in..and they all ways take the soft chairs up....in will look next time and if see any one I well not be stay...sorry it's a nice place but to me that a problem...(:-)x
Amazing service, the staff are amazing, courteous and friendly and work very hard as it's always busy.
The staff are amazing, friendly, efficient and helpful. Always see a smile on their faces. The drinks are spot on 100% of the time.
Maybe could do with an extra member of staff on on busy periods just to release the pressure on everyone.

Brownie and my usual salted caramel crunch with coffee and cream. Tastes great as always. Only downside the lady passed the brownie upside down and all the caramel came off but not too fussed still tastes lovely.
We have to give this particular Costa 5 stars, why you ask? Well, when we arrived in store we wanted a cold drink, not from a bottle though. We couldn't decide which one though. The Barista recommended a strawberry drink, but we said we weren't sure. The Barista made us a free sample drink to try, and we immediately ordered the said drink, how good was that for service, I'd say excellent. We didn't note her name, but she was on duty late Wednesday afternoon 1st March (Birstall), easy five stars for great service, and an excellent drink recommendation. Many thanks.
Not a fan of coffee but they do a delicious hot chocolate! Great for a vegetarian that most of their cakes are vegan or vegetarian too. Staff are always friendly and helpful especially Alia(?) who always says hi with a lovely smile.
I appreciate costs have increased but the prices for coffee and toast is way too expensive

I just love Costa coffee. My total weekness. Its great for families, couples, singles, business men. It's a place to sit chill and relax for everyone. Staff are polite and helpful. So go grab a latte whatever you like. There is drinks, cakes and a nibble to eat!
Organised and consistent. Staff checked whether you wanted a seat outside or takeaway and prepped the table for you.
Despite having long queues the staff were calm and served consistent coffee. Will come back again!
Three young members of staff doing a brilliant job today under very difficult circumstances, and dealing well with two very rude and aggressive members of the public. The staff need to be cut some slack at the moment working under difficult conditions that have been imposed upon them, and which they have to adhere to. Not doing so could mean they are closed down. Anyone not happy with the Covid 19 restrictions should perhaps take it up with Costa and not berate the staff who are doing their best and still make a great flat white.
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We hadn’t been for about 8 months so didn’t know it had been refurbished. The person working the till was happy to answer questions about the changes. It was all very professional and outgoing, with nice drinks in pleasant surroundings. Only downside was the toilets were out of action so could only use the disabled facilities. A bit weird for a refurbished site, but things happen.
Lovely coffee, didn’t have anything to eat. A great place to meet friends or have a break from shopping. Clean and comfortable.
Made uncomfortable by presume the manager ,who was making the drinks having a very visible disagreement with a younger member of staff in public
