Frankie and Benny's can often be hit and miss depending on where you go, but this one, this one I like.
Over the years Frankie, Benny and I have almost had a bit of a falling out, as whilst the portions seem to get smaller and smaller, the prices seem to climbing all the way up to ridiculous.
I am a sucker for Frankie and Benny's food, I think they do some of the best burgers I've ever had, and the Chicago Grinder Calzone is becoming a firm favourite of mine, also their Margherita pizza, one of the best margherita's I'd had in a long time, and that was including some truly authentic home baked full on Italian eateries.
It's all a bit cheesy, we know this, the music blares both inside and out, and it's always some member of The Rat Pack, or The Rat Pack as a collective, but I love that it's cheesy.
For me it's all about the offers, the lunch time menu works out really cost effectively, with the more courses you order the cheaper it works out, and they don't put the cheapest things on the menu on here, granted they don't put the dearest either but it's good value and I always end up nice and full. Ordering a soft drink off the lunch menu and you get free refills. woop.
Go on a Monday night and get 25% off your bill, excellent. Somehow they ended up with our mobile numbers, and every so often they send texts with money off offers to use as many times as we choose to eat at F&Bs that month.
I like you again, but if you keep hoicking your prices up, I won't.
Had a lovely meal. The first time I've had Pizza in 18 month and it was delicious,I would recommend "New York Giant" packed with lots of meat, added extra extra cheese I like cheese and green chillies, Loaded Fries with pulled brisket was also awesome, my wife had lasagne and cheesy garlic bread we both finished off with a large waffle with banana, cream and icecream topped with chocolate and caramel sauce each

Visited today and recieved amazing service and yummy food.
I am disabled and the staff members went the extra mile to make sure our visit was a good one. They held the doors open for me, when i was going towards the bathroom one staff member went ahead of me to hold the doors open on the way there. Which was so helpful and considerate as the doors can be hard to open when using my mobility walker. Also held the doors open for me when leaving the restaurant.
All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Also were asked before being seated whether we had any allergies which i felt was a nice touch as it would ensure we didn't get anything we were allergic to.
The food was amazing had pizza and also ice cream which was lovely. As we went at lunchtime it is free refills on the drinks too and the staff member noticed our drinks empty and refilled them for us before we asked which was also so thoughtful.
Its the most helpful and kind service i have ever had in any restaurant since becoming disabled and will definitely return.
Frankie's has always been a favourite of mine i have been going here for most of my life but haven't been for a long time and am reluctant to go places these days as it can be incredibly difficult.
Frankie's was welcoming, helpful and beautiful food will be back again and am blown away by the service. Honestly made my year so far to feel so welcomed.

The staff were amazing and friendly food was cooked beautifully and drink were amazing too. I did have a god father which personally was too strong with bourbon but was definitely full when we left . Thank you for great service.
Was a lovely place easy to reserve a place service was great the waiter who was working on our area was really good , had great charisma, banter and made us laugh its a credit to frankie and bennys wish I had taken his name , food was nice not a huge selection but there was nice things to choose from.
Went for a meal at the Birstall Frankie’s after a long day out and the service was exceptional.
Both drinks and food arrived promptly and were tasty & filling.
Special mention to Abbey who was ‘on point’ throughout, welcoming and attentive (without being intrusive).
Looking forward to another visit in the near future.
Great attentive service, easy parking, only let down by below average food quality. 'Value' quality burger meat, onion rings and calimari. A great deal with a Groupon Deal otherwise better quality food for the money at Zizzi.
Very nice food and drink served promptly. Staff sre very friendly and helpful. Nice surroundings that were clean and hand sanitizers in place.
I had a delicious pasta, really enjoyable music on all the time, one of my favourite places to eat. Staff were really friendly and helpful and we didn't have to wait very long for food. Good amount of parking and plenty of seating inside. Really good :)

Love Frankie and Benny's. Love the food there. Although I ordered the garlic pizza bread and the base was a little tough. I've had it before where it wasn't that tough. But still enjoyable. Staff were lovely. Everyone was sat in the same seating area which I understand but with the rest of the space being empty I kind of found it odd.
The service was fantastic along with the great meal.
Every one left very content with the great food and the app on the phone made the price even better.
I booked the table and paid all with the app that made things very easy.
I will certainly be going back with the service been as good as this was.

Our waiter Adel is A Top Notch fellas service from Adel and other staff is amazing 1st class service.
Food is always very tasty and presentation is also 1st class.
Excellent value for money.
