This is a lovely restaurant to go to before a movie or a hard day of shopping. The staff were really friendly and the decor was really nice . We did have to wait a bit for the staff to take our order but the restaurant was really busy so it wasn't too bad. When we did order the server was really nic

Some of the best and most authentic food we have ever tried since actually visiting Italy a few years ago, cant rate it enough. Plenty of choice and good kids menu too. Good service, nice staff, all round perfect place to eat
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zizzi in Leeds, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I stepped inside, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff put me at ease. The restaurant itself is quite charming, with a rustic Italian vibe that felt both inviting and stylish.
Honestly this place was a solid 5/5. I literally couldn’t fault it.
Service was quick and friendly. We ordered a variety of food and all of it was full of flavour. The free crisps on arrival were a really nice addition too.
The only tiny little thing that we didn’t particularly like were the bowls
Was great to be able to leave the cinema and have a restaurant that has a great menu to suit both plant based eaters and the alternative.

Food and staff fantastic. They felt understaffed as service was not as quick as expected but the quality remained high which was great. All the staff did everything they could and were clearly doing it as quickly as possible while keeping the customer experience at a great level.
Called off with some mates. We all ordered from the set menu and weren't disappointed. Food and service were excellent. Will definitely be dining there again

Nice family atmosphere. Food order came very fast...literally within 5 minutes of ordering. Pizza was good, staff polite despite being very busy. Overall good experience. Competitive price. Only complaint if to be picky was table and seats were covered in crumbs but I would visit again
At last a chain that isn't like a chain and can neigh on genuinely say they serve authentic Italian food. Also an absolute bonus that they know exactly how to make the perfect Aperol Spritz.
