Nicely located branch but noisy area due to metro works. Needed a pick me up so l got myself my fave hot caffeine fix, a lovely latte with brown sugar yummy. Plenty of seating and nice staff. Big selection of food and drink. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

This morning at about 10am I was served by a very pleasant and kind staff Mr Majed. He certainly loves his job and the customers. 5 stars for excellent service

Food was lovely and hot and helpful staff but it was a very busy Saturday and no attempt to clean the tables whilst we were there. We sat at a dirty table with half a packet of crisps sitting on the table and the rest on the chair or floor and a seat. Had to clean the seat before I could sit down. I didn't ask anyone to clean it as they were so busy and we weren't stopping long.
Great sit down Greggs. Now with delicious vegan sausage baps! Really tasty 😁

Visited Greggs in Primark Birmingham today staff were very friendly and helpful Jemma especially she was chatty,polite and was very considerate doing her job with a smile! Thankyou made my morning before catching train back to Wales.
