Beautiful service from all workers, clean area, and really good food. A nice variety of items to choose from and a step up from the normal airport food. C. Panchal especially helped to accommodate me and made sure my drink was to my liking
The ladies at Birmingham airport were very friendly and accommodating and rustled up a potato for my mum who is gluten free. Recommend for a reasonable tasty meal
Just stopped for a quick drink from Soho at Birmingham Airport and the hot chocolate with coconut milk was delicious - loved it. Flavours were so rich and the vegan cream was delicious. We were served by Nitesh & Punika who were so friendly, helpful and professional and made the experience a breeze!
I would like to share my best experience at Soho Coffee, Birmingham Airport. The guy there ( Patel) introduced me with this brand and gave lot of info. He also told me about the free 7th coffee by using rwrd app. Would love to come again and definitely recommend this brand to my family.
The only other coffee shop near Pret A Manger in Birmingham airport post security. The upside for me was that there were lot of vegetarian options with a decent spread of cookies and nibbles. Food is above decent, coffee is good and everything is decently prized. Service and hospitality was outstand
Staff was very friendly, it was nice to have a nice and friendly chat. Place had a calm atmosphere that I love, was able to sit in peace while having my food/drink and working on computer. I got myself a chicken Thai green curry jacked potato and it was super delicious!

Hi i had flight today.. I went for coffee at Soho.... A very nice gentleman there C. Panchal welcomed me so nicely and he has made a very fine Latte for me..That man made my day with his world best coffee. I will definitely come again there for same coffee made by him.. Best work.

Your staff are absolutely outstanding, so many difficult customers and the were ALL so polite to everyone and utterly charming...I had 3 drink here and had an absolutely lovely time when my flight was delayed...all utterly wonderful 😀
