Dropped in there to set toddler down after a post vaccine upset. The customer service there was amazing as one of the ladies rushed an order through so I could focus on comforting child and gave some water whilst I was breastfeeding. Thank you so much
Love their hot chocolate, it is the perfect temperature to drink as soon as you get it. The pizza slice tastes amazing but it would be better if it was fresh from the oven.
Lovely service very early in the morning about 6.45 before doing my shopping. I was welcomed to the counter with a warm smile, was in desperate need of just a cup of hot water, no problem, thanks for making my day, staff are so lovely.
I wasnt feeling well but i recieved the best customer service from Cordillia (if spelt correct), she asked if i was ok as i had my head in my hands. She assisted me with my hot drink and food aswell as having a seat until i felt better. I am very appreciative, thankyou
Food is always good from this shop and seems alot cleaner than most other greggs shops but, the manager of this shop she seems to be flat out constantly everytime I see her, I also like the fact she acknowledges me as a regular as it makes me feel welcome managers like this are hard to find in this

Staff is super friendly today I was looking foward to a pain au chocolat but they were finished so the staff member said ill make it for you I waited 10 mts and was so happy for the great customer service and also quality products
