Lovely store with excellent customer services. The cakes are beautiful, delicious and always fresh. The store accepts credit cards and also provides a cake order service. The only downside is that there's no car parking at all, it's on Soho Road so it takes absolutely ages to get anywhere. Otherwise

Difficult place to get parking
The service I received from Suman was fantastic. She was patient and gave me a first class service . I hope the cake will de delicious when I go back to collect in a few days .

We where serviced by a wonderful women called Harpreet. She was very helpful start to finish with my order. Harpreet has excellent customer service skills when managing the front of the shop. She kept calm under pressure as the store gor really busy at one point. Well done harpreet

Nice cakes from here. Not dry like other franchises. But don't do any deals on cakes slices if you buy four like other cake shop. Good customer service and covid following guidelines.
Their birthday cakes are really worth it! Very tasty, light and fluffy as it is egg free. Would recommend it. They do not disappoint
I ordered a wedding cake from here during the summer, it looked and tasted wonderful. I have never complained as over the years other cakes ordered from Cakebox has been delicious and good value for money.

Nice selection of cakes, not the best tasting cakes in my opinion, but still very nice, probably because I'm used to the taste of cakes that contain eggs, a little pricey if I'm honest, staff really nice and polite, definitely will visit again if I'm in the area
