First time eating here and wasn’t disappointed. Great staff great service, will definitely recommend. There was a slight mixup with my order but it was soon sorted.
Food tasted nice but it was a bit too sweet and the portion size has reduced quite a bit. If you do come here I’d recommend the chicken pad Thai since it’s a well known favourite.

Best customer service i’ve received from a food place. Very friendly service and always welcoming. My £5 discount wasn’t working online so i told the staff and he applied a £7 discount off my order to make up for it which is beyond anything anyone else has ever given. I have been coming for a year now and will keep coming back!
Vat food is halal too and the staff have been so kind during ramadan where they served food as fast as possible and gave out free dates to open our fasts, amazing service!
Food is so good man, hasn’t changed since the last time I came here years ago. Flavour so perfect and so filling. If you shaved off even £1 off the menu items it’d actually be the best bargain for quality food place in grand central/Birmingham by a mile. Excellent 9/10 we move
Lovely interior and friendly staff. Price of food is reasonable. Portion sizes were perfect for lunch and tasted delicious. We had Beef Pad Thai and Chicken Thai Noodle Soup. I would definitely recommend the Pad Thai. If you’re looking for a quick snack, the Thairacha bites are perfect. You can choose your level of spicy too. Extra condiments such as nuts and Sriracha sauce are available. Vegetarian options are available and the food is Halal.
Me and my friends ate in for lunch . We had the best experience from the beautiful spacious environment, to the best customer service from all staff. A special thanks to one of the staff Jobolu. I have a special dietary requirement, he went through the menu with me really well and ensured that me and my friends were comfortable and happy with the food. The food was absolutely delicious, I will for sure be coming again soon. I highly recommend Thai express in Birmingham Grand central. The food is 10/10.

Went there with my wife while in Birmingham as recommended by a friend of mine with high hopes and fair to say it did not disappoint. Food was really delicious and affordable with lots to pick from. The hospitality from the staff made it more special one in particular JOBLU he was very friendly and knowledgeable helping us choose the food and it was spot on. We will surely be back whenever visiting Birmingham and would highly recommend.
It's a very nice place and the food is amazing. 5 ⭐️ & friendly staff. 100% worth it.
Food was fantastic - tasty and really spicy - Staff were absolutely amazing - feeding a disabled old man in a wheelchair by hand inside the restaurant - so caring and patient - lovely to see

I came down a couple of days ago upon recommendation of my uncle. I think it’s safe to say I was very impressed by the quality of the food and especially the customer service. I believe I was served by a muhammed unia and he was really good with the recommendation and what would fit my palate. Can’t wait to come again!
Decent food but the service and atmosphere are below average. The chefs were so fast and delivered food within minutes.
The food here is delicious and flavourful! The service was fast too. However, my happiness was cut short when I found a chunk of plastic in my food. The guy at the front desk (Sam) was happy to give me an option for a free meal/dessert. But overall, a good experience. I recommend their coconut rice pudding!
Absolutely delicious food. The restaurant environment and decorations all are quite nice. I had a chat with one of the staff member his name is Joblu. He is brilliant and very friendly.

Went there with a positive recommendation from a friend of mine. Food was really amazing and affordable with tons of choices to pick from. Service/caring of the staffs made that more elegant to get a fine dining experience, can’t ignore the hospitality of a staff there namely ASHFAK JOBLU(if I don’t make mistake) very friendly and knowledgeable.
If you want to eat Thai that's the place where you should eat! Absolutely amazing you can choose whatever you want to eat spicy🌶️, not spicy with or without meat, it's veggie friendly the place is beautiful too 😍
My first time trying Thai food and it was delish. I came with a bunch of my friends from Spain. Thank you to Joblu for taking our order, he explain our Vegetarian and vegan options really well. Thanks to the chef Diogo for making the yummy food.
