Have been a few times whilst i was in the bull ring. Lots of variety in flavours, so fully customisable bubble tea options. Really cute neon sign and menu is easy to read and choose from. Staff are friendly and get the drinks made in good time. Nice spaces for sitting too so you can dine in or take it away. Would recommend for place to go with friends
It's a unique idea of bubble tea , the taste of drinks is entirely different and catchy for youngsters , overall nice place
every time i come here there’s always perfect service perfect atmosphere and perfect drinks. workers are always really nice and helpful if you need help deciding on a drink. especially anisa, shes always amazing and gives the best customer service every time i come in!
Love this place! The employees there are so friendly and their recommendations are really nice! Tried taro milk tea I mean look at this beautiful light purple colour 😍 so perfect, I think it will go much better if with tapioca! They told me it tasted like sweet potato, but it’s much better than sweet potato 😂 And I don’t know how to describe it well but it’s a quite an amazing and magical taste! You will never regret when you try the taste of taro x definitely will come back later!!
Me and my friend came to to town just for a bit mess about and ended up buying 2 bubble teas . A staff member named anisa helped my friend choose what he wanted and she was very happy to do so she had big lovely smile on her face I ordered a strawberry mint bubble fizz unfortunately the mint was out of stock never mind drink was delicious. Overall very impressive design and layout.
We had a lovely time at bubbleology in the bullring, Birmingham. We were served by Gina and she was fab. She made us the nicest bubble teas and was so friendly. Thankyou Gina ❤️

We ordered the Mango Fruit Tea and we opted for Lychee Boba with this. We also ordered the Vanilla Milk Tea and opted for blueberry boba with this.
If you’re a bubble tea fan, Bubbleology is the place for you! Being fans of bubble tea, we had to pop into the Bubbleology store. The interior was stunning and the customer service was great! The staff were polite and even recommended which flavours they thought were the best. These drinks were perfect for a cool refreshing drink in this hot weather.
We tried the mango fruit tea with lychee boba. The mango drink was absolutely refreshing and had a burst of flavour which we loved. The lychee boba was full of flavour and was a great combination with the mango tea.
We chose to try a milk tea as well, so we ordered the vanilla milk tea with blueberry boba. This was a delicious combination and the vanilla milk drink was smooth and thick. We really enjoyed the bubble teas and we will definitely be back soon! Next time, we will definitely pick the utopian specials - mermaid, genie or pixie.
Bubble tea place in the Bull Ring with loads of choice, including some interesting specials like Biscoff Bliss. Lots of seating and fast service. Only minor quibble is far too much ice by default with the milk tea. Otherwise very good.
I love this place, its my go to for milk teas! All the workers seem very approachable and overall good vibes. Especially the workers who dealt with my order - I believe their names were Charlene and james.
I absolutely loved the experience I had at bubbleology bullring. The service was amazing, the staff friendly and they take orders quickly. I was served by James who was enthusiastic and thoroughly helped in picking out the best flavours and vegan friendly combinations for my friends and I. Overall refreshing teas and would continue to recommend.

We went in for some bubble tea but mine was average fizz strawberry and mint from what I remember last time I was there. Service was quick and staff are friendly. Unfortunately they don't have much seating area or outside.
Drinks were amazing. The staff were really approachable and informative about our order, and the service was very quick. Store was clean, seating was comfortable. Even got a free drink! 😁
I think I am a bit biased when it comes to bubble tea. Bubble tea is becoming more and more popular now and with more and more weird flavours. I will never stop ordering my classic bubble tea with just Assam black tea and tapioca pearls. Nothing can beat the original and putting mango or lychee in tea just seems like a crime to me. Bubbleology can definitely improve their packaging style and remove all of that writing on the label 😂. But I have never had such strong paper straws though. That is definitely a win from their side. Overall good but I have my favourite bubble tea place. 🧋

We had a chocolate milk tea, made with oat milk and apple boba, along with a coconut milk tea, with lychee boba.
It's quite small inside, but does have seats, booths and stools, so if you want to stay in, you can do.
Good choice of drinks available, including milk teas, fruit teas and bubble fizz, with specials also available.
They offer vegan and lactose free alternatives.
Boba and Jelly available.
Prices are quite good also, with a large drink at £3.99.
