Nice atmosphere with friendly and efficient service. Great selection including vegan, kids & vegetarian options. We had Desi breakfast and club sandwiches. Food was delicious and fresh.
Everything on the menu is fantastic value. They have free parking lot behind the cafe. Don't forget to register at counter.
Such a cute cafe. The service was pretty good and my waitress was really nice (and pretty lol). I really enjoyed the french toast. Note: pork is not served here. I wanted to come back a second time but didn’t have time.
We went for breakfast. Nice selection of menu, especially with desi touch. Staff was polite. A little parking is available at the back but fills up quickly it can be a little difficult to park at busy times. Definitely will recommend a visit.

Aesthetically pleasing! 🌸🌺🌸🌺🌸🌺🌸 Honest and fair review below. Some good work here and a nice concept that we have not found elsewhere in the local vicinity.
✅️ Great effort with the presentation of all the dishes - a really nice concept (a bit sad I didn't get any violas with our dishes ☹️)
✅️ Clean premises including glass screens / dividers. Staff clear tables promptly after customers, which is nice to see.
✅️ Clean cutlery and crockery
✅️ Promptly greeted, seated and we had our parking validated upon arrival
✅️ Lovely decor and their crockery is pretty - matches the decor well. Love the plates with the lipped edges (perfect for beans in your brekkie!)
✅️ Nice choice of items on the menu - plenty too choose from with extras available too
✅️ Decent portion size for each dish
✅️ Staff are attentive but not overbearing
✅️ Staff thoroughly check for dietary requirements and allergies before taking your order- we were asked twice for confirmation
✅️ Relaxed atmosphere
✅️ Sufficient seating available
✅️ Parking available but get here early!
❌️ The toast needed to be cooked longer in both of our dishes the toast was too soft and so it was soggy (that is the toast in the inés breakfast and the sourdough toast in the 🥑 dish)
❌️ The poached eggs 🥚 were over cooked unfortunately so no soft yolk but still edible
❌️ Potatoes in the Inés breakfast had been sat for too long before service / were a little stale. They were edible but did not taste fresh.
❌️ Glass screens - a nice idea but can you frost the bottom half for a bit more privacy between tables? The tables are really close together - you can hear conversations next to you too. I suspect seating in the next room were not being used until the afternoon covers
❌️ No sugar or spoons were provided with our hot drinks - are these self service or should they be provided with the drinks?
A few tweaks required but we were impressed. 🙂

❗️Other: wanted to visit this breakfast place quite a while now and finally ticked it off.. visited on a Friday lunchtime and was very busy however got seated quickly.. food was decent and customer service was also good.
Beautiful restaurant. Gorgeously decorated. Its a very girly place and an excellent place for selfies and those instagram shots. The menu is really good too. They have various options including for veggies. Very flavoured and delicious. I went there twice. First time food and drink was on point. I couldn’t possibly fault it at all we had order prawn wok noodles and chicken wok. Plus, Coconut blue mocktail with orange passion. This time we ordered a different wok with the handing chicken skewers. Unfortunately the hanging chicken was very bland and tasteless. I felt like i was eating boiled or steamed egg with absolute no seasoning or flavour. I have to admit it was the worse chicken skewers I have ever had. Despite I eat out every week, Hence im a food delivery driver too. Apart from this option on the menu everything else is delicious and the atmosphere and background music with the candlelight is enough to win your heart and approval. I highly recommend it.
First time.
The Atmosphere & Decor Beautiful.
The waiter & waitress nice, polite.
Food was tasty, coffee, Tea was NICE.....
We had a chi latte & coffee.....
There's a nice ambience at the cafe. Breakfast was okay. Not too impressed by the meat sausages replaced them with the veg.
What a stunning place to eat and meet up.
Food was amazing, the atmosphere was so chill and the company even better.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a breakfast or lunch option with a tasty choice of foods and drinks available.
I'm definitely returning here.
Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine breakfast, It can be expensive but the quality and authenticity of the breakfast and brunch is spot on, so it’s worth checking them out. Would Highly recommended.
We love an accommodating places, this place catered for our little one with colouring and they have gluten free option on the menu.
Gluten free options are difficult to find in many places, forget halal places. Glad that Ines are doing it differently.
The Ines breakfast was very tasty. The sausages were very flavoursome.
The Desi breakfast was okay. Similar flavours to other restaurants offering the same. The omelette was the highlight of the dish.
The pancakes were heavy. Would have liked them more fluffier.
Second time visiting for brunch here and there was a 20 min wait which didn’t seem too bad. Food did take a little time to come out but it was fine. We ordered the desi breakfast which was 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽. The spice in the chana was perfect and beans. Everything tasted lovely. The paratha however wasn’t home made :(. But it did still taste really nice with everything.
We got the French toast again and it just tasted so light and fluffy. Was perfect! second time trying and have to say it’s the best French toast I’ve had in brum!! Deffo recommend to visit. Family friendly, high chairs available and space for prams to get through :).
Ines restaurant
Ordered shatsuka and desi breakfast with latte and English tea @9.50am
Hygiene and cleanliness
clean tidy and hygienic in appearance 9.5/10.
Staff and service
Greeted with warm smiles and given a choice of seating immediately. Order taken within 3 minutes. Staff were polite and professional 9.5/10.
Food
I will only be reviewing items that I ordered for my own consumption.
Arrived at 10:13 (23 minutes wait) considering the number of customers it was a decent timeline 8.5/10.
Negatives out the way first. The 'paratha' is the frozen supermarket standard and rather small. However it was cooked well 4/10.
The omelette seriously lacked spices and salt that is normally associated to a 'desi' omelette. But this was compensated somewhat by the big portion and cooked really really well 7.8/10.
The beans were spicy and scrumptious however the portion was miniscule 7/10.
The chana (chick peas) were sensational, a real home cooked feel unlike other establishments where its mass produced with no consideration. The blend of spices and salt was just perfect but again the size was small. Having said that, the taste was so incredible I am compelled to give this a 9/10.
The salad was tasty consisting of rocket which gave it a slight bitterness but the shredded carrots, cabbage, lettuce, red onion, peppers and fresh pomegranate balanced the taste stupendously 9/10
The latte was presented well with average size and satisfying taste 7.5/10.
Thefoodsheikh highly recommends this establishment.
Excellent food and service, we keep coming back. The sweetcorn fritters are delicious and everything is very flavourful and fresh. Those complaining about it not being kid friendly not sure what’s happened there. Maybe just leave your kids at home instead of taking them out to a place where mainly adults are dining.
Lovely halal place for brunch that comes with its own car park.
The car park is located behind the restaurant and does warn it's for permit holders only. However the permit is for customers of the restaurant so don't be worried. Just remember to enter your license plate inside in the restaurant to validate your parking.
The restaurant itself is located on the corner, decorated very nicely inside and such a relaxed atmosphere. The tables are partitioned with glass protectors that give you your own bubble. There is also a back section that is just as large. Plenty of space.
There is a waiting area for around 8 or so people when it's busy. It is only walk ins so no pre booking although I'm sure I heard bookings are available for tables for over 8 people.
Quite a good variety of options including vegetarian and vegan. From your English breakfast to smashed avocado to french toast and pancakes. There's even a kids menu.
I ordered the Ones, my mother and wife had the vegetarian breakfast. Such a large portion, tasty and filling food. The vegetarian sausage is made from actual smashed vegetables, a bit like birds eye Vege fingers, compared to substitute meat, which my wife really appreciated. The meat sausage has a little spice kick which gives it a great taste.
My only complaint is my fried egg was well done, however I never specified how runny I wanted my eggs. So do keep that in mind next time if you order a fried egg.
All in all good halal place for breakfast.
Initially was reluctant to go here as the menu seemed basic, but I was happy to be proved wrong.
Got an Ines breakfast and a desi breakfast, which were both really nice and had good portions. I've always been disappointed with masala/chilli bean but these actually had flavour and spice.
One slight let down was the toast was put in under the eggs etc on the plate so it was a bit soggy.
