A huge range of products available (especially vegetarian and vegan options!). Ample seating and friendly staff too. I felt very comfortable here whiling away an hour before my flight boarded. Staff took the time (despite it being busy) to chat and ask questions. Good vibes!

Standard Pret, which is great to have in the airport as at least there are basic standards. Friendly helpful staff. There's a 25 minute time limit, which is no bad thing as it prevents hogging of seats. Pity they close at 8pm, though we got in well before that

Lovely staff allowed me to feed forward a lovely regular milk chai latte as I forgot to ask for oat milk in mine. They made me another and I made another passenger's day that bit nicer as I gave the milk one away

Blown away at how friendly and lovely the staff were here. Really made our day and the usual stressful strip bearable. One lady in particular was really nice, didn't get her name but she sounded eastern European. Sorry to be so general. And of course great coffee. Thanks!
Best place for vegans in the airport. We were thoroughly impressed, lots of vegan options and new ones constantly being stocked on the shelf. I'm not usually a sandwich girl and it takes something for me to eat more than a bite but the "curried chickpea and mango chutney sandwich" made me want another one. The vegetable tagine soup was also delicious. Keep up the vegan vibes!!!!
Great vibe with the staff- the manager is obv doing a great job as everyone seems happy and lots of laughter whilst being professional and great service !
