Service is bit slow, nice and clean mcdonald with plenty of parking spaces.
Everything was great, from the drive through staff to thee food! However the only thing that let it slip was the drink, every time I get a coke from here in the mornings it tastes so bad of chemicals.
Maybe you should let the system run a few drinks after cleaning the drink lines, so all the cleaner has gone.
Aside from this, always a great experience. Drive thru server is great, although I have never caught his name.
Was served by a lovely lady name Janaiah today, made sure my order was all there and was all round just a perfect example of how front of house staff should be, coming from someone who works in a similar industry. Will be returning as this made my whole experience. Thankyou Janaiah
Its no different to any other Mcdonalds. Quick service. Our meals were ready and served in 5min to placing order. The taste is no different to any other mcdonalds place. I did really like the millionaire latte. There are plenty of tables and seats for eat in. There is a good amount of parking space here. Hence the 4 stars
So today I decided I wanted a McDonald’s for dinner , I got a Double Big Mac and fries with a caramel frappe . The food overall was bad the fries was over cooked and left a bad taste in my mouth . However I do want to praise one member of staff called Charlie , he was so polite and respectful even though the poor boy seemed stressed . He deserves a raise ! Keep up the good work boy.

Pretty standard as a franchise really. The staff were friendly enough. Food was as you would expect. Location = convenient.
Sep 11th update Drive-thru closed for upgrade: Instore only. Hit miss with food quality and speed of service but branded so you know what you're getting and how much you're paying.
This franchise of McDonald's used to be one of the best in the Midlands but has slipped down over the past few months due to low staff and high use
Always come to this branch, best Maccys never have any issues, customer service is always good and food is also great. Big portions.
Was a very friendly atmosphere. All the staff were very helpful and polite 👍.

Only one problem with this restaurant. The main doors don't open till 7 a.m. so drive-through only before that. Which can be busy
Supported our service user to go there regularly to integrate within the community. Staff are kind, understanding, considerate and aware that customers' needs are important whatever their abilities may be. Our person seems welcome when served and feels repectfully treated as anyone else compared to other local eateries
Decent McDonalds, good service and the food was freshly prepared too!
