Really nice harvester. Food came quickly and everyone enjoyed their dishes. Server was lovely and great with the kids around the table. Good food selection for the kids too.
Harvester is a lovely place to go because it has a variety of seating and the staff are always lovely and welcoming no matter which one you go to. This one in particular had nice, clean toilets.
I ordered the build your own breakfast and it was quite nice. I absolutely love the guacamole and the hash browns. However, I’ve been to two harvester restaurants so far for breakfast and every time they have had no vegan sausages. They were kind enough to substitute it for vegetable fingers but it’s still quite annoying.
Good food for the price. Service was excellent, such friendly and helpful service. Food was quick to come out. There was no ice cream on the day we went (Wed 9th august) which was a shame because it was a nice hit day, also would have been helpful to know before we decided to go for the 2 course lunch meal. However, we needed up with the treacle sponge and custard which was very good :)
Quiet later on a Wed night, but that was what I needed. Food (The Dirty One, burger) was delicious 😋
Got a great meal deal for 2 courses 👍🏻
Quick edit, my meal came out wrong but mistakes happen. Staff quickly rectified it and checked back to see if it was good, and as stated it was delicious
This was our third visit to the Harvester in Coleshill within 9 days, while visiting family in the area. Each time we were served by Jemma who went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and helpfulness was above and beyond what was expected and made the difference between just a good visit and an excellent visit.
The food was also much improved since visits of a few years previously. I had considered the Harvester in Coleshill a "last resort" option for eating out, but I'm now looking forward to the next meal there.
Fantastic mixed grill. They were happy to swap chips for mash. Staff were lovely and helpful.
Visited on a very warm day, easy parking and plenty of spaces, once inside we were sat down quickly. Standard harvester menu, salad bar was suffering with the heat, wasn't fresh at all and a bit messy, in need of a clean up and refresh. Mains were OK. Windows were jammed shut, must have been 30c inside!
Lovely service by Lola, she was great even though it was red hot inside and she was very busy.
It was the first time we came to this Wheatsheaf and it was a wonderful experience. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I am a type 1 diabetic and needed to know about the carbohydrates in the food and was told to scan the QR code and the information was all there. Brilliant idea thanks. The lady who served us was patient with our children and listened to them. Her name was Emma she went above and beyond her job role. It's wonderful to feel so welcomed at such a big restaurant. Thanks Emma.
A few years ago we boycotted this restaurant, as the service was terrible. But we thought we would give it another try. We were served by a lady called Jemma, who has completely turned our opinion on the harvester around. She’s really friendly, great with the kids and amazing at her job. In her hands, we were well looked after. I then went back again, purely because of her, and to my amazement she remembered my kids, me, my husband and even our drinks! This waitress is an asset to this pub! A few of my friends have said the same too, they have started going back because the service has got much better!
Brilliant meal out for work - Jemma was our server and absolutely brilliant. Lovely and smiley and even though they were very busy and short on team, she made sure we were incredibly well looked after. Salad bar was getting an absolute battering but the young chef made sure it was stocked as much as possible. All in all a great meal and £36 bargain!
For a family of four, with both children being four or under, this eatery was superb. The service was quick, relaxed and friendly, the food was of a good standard and the surrounds were spacious and decorated in good taste. A bill of £50 (with tip) for dinner was just right.
Parking was straightforward and free and the conveniences were hygienic. Family friendly - big thumbs up from us.
A typical Harvester, the waitress that served us was friendly and attentive, after we waited about 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered taken, but I have to admit the restaurant was somewhat busy when we arrived.
Everyone enjoyed their meals, but I did find the Bone Pile a bit small especially considering the name. But I am a carnivore.
The salad bar was somewhat neglected so had to wait while it was restocked, but hopefully that was just because it was busy but saying that there were several empty tables so it was busy but by no means full.
Perhaps it's a staff and management issue that needs to be addressed.
