Lovely place, I originally went here to buy a couple of things for a co-worker of mine and ended up buying a few things for myself.
There are a few options for taste testing, and the staff has been very kind and helpful.
Always love coming in here for a visit, I'm planning on getting a few Xmas gifts from here in the next few weeks.

Good size store, plenty of stock, well presented, friendly and helpful staff. My one gripe is that in Manchester I get loads of freebies from the loyalty scheme, usually 5-6 samples, but here they gave only two fruit tea sachets, which is a bit disappointing.
Really good products and friendly staff. I brought a hot chocolate gift set and then just a tub of hot chocolate from here in December. I think the staff members name was Natalie, she couldn't do enough to help and was so friendly. Brilliant quality products, amazing location and nice staff.
Great Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate shop, always a diverse range of products and you can always sample their drinks with what they have available to sample on the day. Excellent customer service as always, highly recommend!
Jade was super lovely! Came in to purchase sleepy tea and ended getting more than expected, she really went above and beyond to cater to my needs as well as some great tips/advice.
I came in today and I think the young ladies name was Aliza and she was very helpful and well mannered. She knew well about the products and especially my the favourite the hot chocolate. I had a really nice experience today. I recommend this to others and the service cannot be any better
Was very pleased with the customer service given to us by a young lady called Eliza. She took the time to answer our hot chocolate questions and introduced us to several teas one of which we bought. She was friendly, kind and really explained each tea well! Definitely worth a visit!
A clean bright and airy store which is well laid out with a great selection of high quality teas, coffee's and hot chocolate drinks. There's also the opportunity to sample some of the product which is a nice touch. Also there's a number of gifting sets alongside a selection of mug's cups and storage jars, overall a very pleasant experience.

A young Oriental woman named Natalie, helped me find the ideal gift according to taste.
She was very helpful & pleasant.
To top it off she went the extra mile by cleaning the gift by wiping away the dust on the box & the the items within.
The team at this store are always friendly and professional. There's always a range of teas, hot chocolate and coffees to taste in store. The range of products and offers is great - if you're a hot drink lover then I would definitely recommend a visit. There's even a drink bar so you can try the variety of drinks they provide before buying.

I actually got my friend to try tea - she's 50 and never given it a go! I explained it's not like a normal cuppa & could try cold to which the lads happily made a cold drink & we both ended up buying pink lemonade. Happy customer.
