I have been coming here since 2020. I refuse to go to other chicken shops unless I’m far away from Sam’s
I guess what I’m trying to say is this place is amazing the food is excellent, very tasty better than KFC Really affordable prices The only thing I will say is chips can have their bad days, but most of the time they’re fine
People who are saying they get ill. They are just lightweight And are not used to excellent food
Always a decent meal here. Unlike most other chicken shops, the food here is always served hot and fresh. Customer service is always good too. 👌
Had the chicken loaded fries yesterday was very nice will be having again this week very tasty 😋
Had a chicken and rice box with fries and soda affordable prices food was amazing.
Had a delivery Friday evening, consisting of the BBQ chicken wings, 4 prices chicken and a fries.
Compared to KFC 100% better, I will be using Sam's from now on.
Food arrived on time (good for a busy Friday night) and still hot.
The coating I actually found better than KFC so all in 5 stars.
Will I be using again, yes definitely.
Love the strip chicken burgers from here. Even tho I ordered a spicy strip burger it wasn't as spicy as I would have liked. This is the reason I only gave 4 stars. But overall great food great service. Staff very helpful and clean. Would definitely recommend. xxx

Food is normally great. Shop is always clean and tidy and staff are friendly enough. The food usually comes early. Last time we ordered it was mare than an hour and a half for delivery and the food was stale when it came. They also knocked the door and woke my house mate when i specifically requested not to knock. This time, they came early and as always the food was great but again i requested "call phone instead of knocking as newborn baby asleep upstairs". What did the delivery driver do?:) he didnt just knock, he then rang the doorbell and the baby has been crying ever since.. hes one day old. What a joke. How much clearer can i make it? Its printed on the reciept which they should look at to check the address, surely? Really, really got on my nerves.
Quality and Quantity both are good.. I would say 12 pounds in enough for 2 people. They accept all cards even if you order just fries unlike many places which does not accept cards and ask for cash.
Friendly staff. Clean environment quick service and freshly cooked chicken very nice reasonable prices big menu to choose from. If your in Northfield need a quick bite to eat want alternative to McDonald's then check out Sams
