A delicious baguette and coffee with my friend. Easy to access for my disability, helpful staff and a friendly inviting atmosphere. Seeing the Rainbow flags and inclusive lanyards makes me feel safer

Been in here quite a few times in the last 5 months , we needed somewhere close to the children's hospital. Love Pret anyway. Staff here are really friendly, and the baguettes, cakes and pastries are yummy

The quality of the food is good, I also enjoyed the coffee. First time when drink was served in a mug and not a take away cup to me! Staff was nice and don’t need to wait for a long to be seated. Nice atmosphere and comfortable chairs. However, I would appreciate better selection. There is not many

I've been served by Abbie a few times and she is so lovely and down to earth, I normally pop in just before work to get a crossiant. Would have posted this earlier but never knew her name. If only all your staff were like her.
Was served to a soya latte today and the staff were so kind. I was served by a lady with longer brown hair tied back with glasses and another lady with brown curly hair to her shoulders. I had a really bad day and their happy and kind attitudes were really appreciated. Thank you.
