Never realised that Subway is also an excellent breakfast stop. We were served by Azam who is very cheerful and happy to help with our multiple request on info. The breakfast options are limited but very good.. Must visit.

The food is exactly what you expect from Subway. Meat is halal. To top it all up, Maryam and Asad are both very friendly and courteous

I must give my expertise opinion lovely staff amazing food. But the staff are exceptional that makes it the best subway I have been too. Best subway in Birmingham always recommend going here a lot better than the subway next to pepes.

Very welcoming, good food, make you feel welcomed

I feel that I must have entered this store either on the wrong day or the wrong time of day because the sight that I was greeted to as I immediately walked through the door was something that I could only describe as general disarray. This was the first time that I had ever visited this particular Subway and upon arrival I was immediately greeted by two "Karen" types at the front of the queue placing the most overcomplicated orders and ordering their food in the most passive aggressive tone possible while simultaneously thinking that they know how to do the job of making a Subway meal better than the employees of this establishment, uttering such stereotypical phrases as "You should go and get your manager" and "You shouldn't be doing it like that" all the while being completely oblivious that their orders were unnecessarily long winded. To top this unique ordering experience off, A drunk man had entered the building at roughly 2pm, used the toilet, came out and subsequently began complaining to me whilst I was placing my order and I had to fend him off by myself until I could pay and leave which seemed to harkened me back to my few years I spent dealing with the same sort of types I encountered retail and nightclub security which were usually about as pleasant to deal with as an advanced hemorrhoid. I do not blame the poor staff whatsoever for any of this because they were working their absolute hardest at peak lunchtime and still managed to make me an excellent Mega Meat salad. However, I would like to highlight that if you do intend on visiting, please try to be polite and patient with the staff instead of being a complete piece of knob cheese (or just not drunk) like some of the customers I encountered today and your order will be fulfilled and tasty as a result because remember, retail workers ARE NOT PAID ENOUGH to deal with some of the absolute special breeds and their unwarranted aggressiveness just because they had to wait 1 millisecond too long for their meal deal to be finished.
