Family friendly and welcoming and excellent service. Seating available in booths for more privacy. Quality and portion size of dishes was very good. This was reflected by the prices. Food was authentic and flavourful. Yes, heavy on the pocket but would happily go again and take the family as a treat.
Really lovely food, nice flavours, meat soft and we'll cooked - only thing I would improve is to check meat for small and sharp pieces of bones and I don't mean the one is attached to the meat but those that should have been removed when cut and cleaned.

A meal with friends from out of town. Came here by recommendation. It looked very traditional. There was an area for floor seating. There were family booths with curtains to provide more privacy. The food was delicious. I can't remember the names of the dishes, except one was a Cod Karahi. I would return again. It's good food good value, great service and atmosphere.
Authentic afghani food. Love the chops and chicken wings as starters. The main dish we ordered was kadai lamb and afghani paloa. Both were amazing. Place is clean and well looked after. Service was excellent.
Really like the naans. You won't believe how large they are. They are as big as your torso! As we all loved it so much, we ordered a total of 3 pieces. The mixed grilled is well cooked too, the meat are juicy and smoky. The flavor of the lamb karahi is really tasty too. The meat is so tender. Price is affordable for everyone. Both the taste and the portion of the food are definitely worth the price. We will definitely visit again.
The food was good, I wouldn't say it was amazing. The Chapli kebab were a bit on the oily side. Taste was good. Not sure if I'd try it again.
Great food and service nice family seating area however it is busy at times and they haven't got much private seating areas they need more to get more customers in at a time however enjoyed the food and great people.
Definitely 5 star, Rahim usama and imran went well out of the way looking after us, the food was amazing and tasted just like afghani peshawari traditional cuisine. The restaurant itself is lovely and clean, well priced so affordable for everyone, keep up the good work guys will definitely visit again when im in Birmingham

Brilliantly cooked and bbq food. The grill platter was awesome and each and every piece of meat was well cooked and tasty. The karahi was very well cooked and chef Imran looked after us very well. We took a party of 16 in honour of friends who have just come back from annual pilgrimage of Hajj. Thank you onwer Imran and Chef Imran💐💐💐
One of the best Afghan Cuisine in Birmingham as proper family environment. Very polite staff and specially the owner was so kind. Tried there shinwari special chops, chappal kebab, kabli pulao and shinwari lamb karahi. All of the items got an authentic taste. Value for money. Highly recommended.
Came here to try their lamb and chicken Karahi. Enjoyed the chicken karahi, not too much tomato flavour like other places. Lamb karahi could be improved.
Excellent food, specially Lamb Kebab,Afghani Nan was very soft and served Hot on stand. Lamb karahi was also good .
Last year I tried their food the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed food there.
I went again this year with few of my friends and family. The food was amazing and the service was good. Being from Pakistan myself and have tried the food form authentic chefs, I can say with proper confidence the food was proper authentic.
I will go there again and will spread the word among my circle.
