Phenomenal. Amazing. Delicious. Perfect.
The ambience, the atmosphere, the décor, the service and of course the taste, all were top notch at this dessert place. A group of 10 of us visited on a Saturday night, we were seated within 3 minutes and given menu's as well as guided to view the online menu via the QR codes on the table. We picked our desserts and after a short wait they all arrived within a couple of minutes of each other, so we could all enjoy the desserts without having to wait long for everyone else to get theirs.
The portion sizes were good, presentation 10/10 and the taste was heavenly. Service was very good too, constant attention by the waiting staff, all dressed and presented well, all smiles and kindness. It is an upmarket place so prices were still reasonable considering the location and the high end nature of the business.
Only negative point is that they do not serve tap water, so you would have to buy bottled water if you wanted it. I know it's a few extra glasses to wash and clean but when you're spending nearly £100 on desserts, you would expect a free glass of water. But that's just me being picky.
Overall, can't really fault the place. Keep up the wonderful work everyone.
Went for the first time yesterday to Haute Dolce, located in Star City, Birmingham. The staff working there was lovely and polite and ensured all the customers in their store was catered too, they took their time preparing the desserts which was worth it as the desserts were both photo worthy and tasted amazing. The interior design for their store was lovely and refreshing to see a place in Birmingham like this, it looked very high end but their prices was affordable. They have a wide range on their menu for dessert's and drinks that they offer, they have also highlights favourites on their menu too.
This is our first time at Haute Dolci Star city and it won't be our last. We was greated with a warm welcome by Neelam and she showed us to our seats and explain we could use the QR code or use the menu. Sofia took our order and our food and drinks came out really quick. Everything was tasty, the drink were made with fresh fruit and refreshing.
The place is so clean and gorgeous. Thank you to everyone 👍🏾
Very quiet when we went last time, treated my eldest to a free choc fudge cake for his birthday and sang to him too, nice relaxing and warm inside. A large portion for kids, had to take away to the next day. Revised recently and like everything else the prices have slowed increased to over £60 for a family evening out, and so I'll have to reduce the amount of times we go. Nice deserts and friendly staff
I was searching for a good quality dessert restaurant after trying a few places and not being impressed. I was so pleasantly surprised in the quality of the desserts. Haute Dolce looks great and the food is amazing. We took the children here and they loved it. My wife who isn’t much of a dessert person ate the whole plate of waffles.
Been here a couple of times. The front of house staff are very attentive and always try to go above and beyond. My wife I arrived with our nephews. Neelam and another waitress (i forgot her name) greeted us straight away, and arranged a booth for us. The waitress taking our order was very knowledgeable and had recommended us desserts.
A must visit
I always opt for their waffles and they are the lightest and tastiest waffles I've ever sampled! My daughter who worked in a desert shop agrees. Love the decor too, great for pictures to post. One issue...no menus...they ask you to zap the code and order on your phone
I have been to many Haute Dolci branches and had a wonderful experience at all of them, now including Star City. The desserts were 10/10 and great customer service provided by Neelam.
Second time attending. Manager Neelam was very attentive, ensured we were updated whilst waiting for table.
Staff polite, helpful when explaining options.
The Mocha, requested extra hot, was brilliant. Very good strong flavour.
Large portions. Chocolate sauce is very rich - may be worth serving on side!

This delightful dessert restaurant, beautifully designed interior and being served by friendly warm staff, was definitely the perfect place to finish the night off with the family. ‘Brum’s finest’ go ahead try it for yourself!! 💋

As part of my bucket list, it's on my list to just have dessert instead of a main meal and I did that today. I would recommend Haute Dolci to anyone who is after superb desserts. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Neelam who explained everything and recommended a desert when asked between 2 I was stuck on. Great customer service and I'll definitely be back!
Neelam was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my mum and I were comfortable and had everything we needed.
She double-checked about the gluten-free options that were available and was always on hand to help if needed.

If you're looking for a sweet escape, look no further than this dessert restaurant! My recent experience here was nothing short of amazing, and it's all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Neelam.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming demeanour. Neelam went above and beyond to make sure my visit was enjoyable, from making recommendations on their delicious beverages to ensuring my table was always clean and comfortable.
Speaking of the beverages, they were simply heavenly. I tried the hazelnut latte, and it was pure bliss with every sip. The presentation was also top-notch, making the experience even more enjoyable.
But what truly made my visit exceptional was the service provided by Neelam. Her friendly and attentive nature elevated my experience to a whole new level. I felt truly cared for and appreciated as a customer.
Overall, I highly recommend this dessert restaurant, and specifically Neelam, for her exceptional service. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful restaurant . I had a wonderful crepe and my son enjoy an icecream cone there.

Overall good value for money, nice presentation and taste. I like the fact they experiment with menu, every now and than bringing something different.
