Never have I been disappointed with chaiiwala's food. Usually go for brunch and I have been to all the ones in Birmingham. Their halwa is one of my favourite dishes along with their cinnamon chai.

The mini chocolates were perfect. Limited seats unfortunately. Nice atmosphere, seating area is comfortable. Worth popping for a quick pit stop

I'm a bit dissapointed to be fair with Chaiwala in general. Yes they're everywhere in the UK now. But most of the food is ready made and just warmed up. I ordered a quick morning nutella wrap which comes in a parata. But the parata was a ready made forzen just warmed up. The corners were hard and not worth biting. Considering it's not a lot but still i'm paying £2.00, would kind of expect it to be made rather than warmed up. Anyhoo, been there, ate from there, nothing amazing.

Amazing place especially the closing time at 2 am. You can come here for a late night snack when everything else is closed. Service is also very good.

Great place but could do with an upgrade. Also toilet leaves much to be desired. Toilet seat would be good, polish the tiles once a week, put in a decent LED light, brush and mop the floor but a new toilet brush!

A great Chaiiwala branch - the menu and tea is one of the best. I revisited during the Jubilee bank holiday week - excellent customer service. The Hijabi waitress - proving how service ought to be provided. Good communication with front and kitchen staff. Very prompt service. The interior decor has had a super uplift. Keep up the good work!

Went in there for a quick hot drink (karak chai is my fave - always delicious MashaAllah). Unfortunately there was a grown woman-child complaining her ice cream had been melted by the hot gulab jamun (like, come-again luv) very aggressive and hostile over it, the person serving her explained why the ice cream had melted but she continued to argue and he said he'd make her another one - pretty laid-back and very courteous of him, I'd say. Bit of a storm in a tea-cup but she was incredibly serious (lol). Prayers go out to her child. 🙏 My usual fave as a bite to eat from there is the butter chicken wrap 😋. I'd give it a go, if you're reading this. Peace & love folks ❤

I originally gave this place 1 star for messing up my order many times. But now, I think they've improved. And the food is freshly served and really good. My mouth was dancing while eating 😋

Food (10/10): The best kadak chai I've had in the UK by far! Its cheap at £1.60 and the other items on the menu are cheap also. Price (Avg per head): £3-10 depending on the quantity you order. Service (10 /10): The chap serving us was very polite. Atmosphere/ Occasion: Really cool looking cafe. Everything from the excessive dangling light bulbs to the wall decor to the food presentation is spot on! Only wish they had this place in west London.

Good location, although parking can be a nightmare during peak hours on this road. Caramel Chai is the one from any chaiwala branch 😋 Haven't tried the food before

"I recently tried the Karak chai and n wrap at chai wala and it was a delightful experience. The Karak chai had the perfect balance of spices and sweetness, making it a warm and comforting drink. The combination of these two items created a wonderful meal that I would highly recommend. The service was also excellent, making the overall ...experience even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning for more!"

went here a few months ago, place was clean, prices are on the higher side so we only had a couple of tea's, Tea's was ok but it sure didn't taste fresh to me, tasted a bit like the milk was either going off a little or maybe they use powdered milk, could just have been on the boil for too long, It was nothing like any Chai I ever tasted and was not to my taste at all so I disposed of it in a nearby bin, however my missus thought it was ok and my daughter said when she came it was nice so I’ll give it 4 stars, I don’t think would try it again but you never know, also I noticed they tend to respond to the reviews in a generic way instead of reading them, not a good look for a service business and shows they are not serious in improving their offering
