Sweet. Birmingham 361-363 Ladypool Rd, Birmingham, First visit here, great service, atmosphere and decorations excellent beautiful, the prices for their deserts are bit high. The staff are friendly Service was very good. Probably worth a visit, just not as good as I was expecting. :)
Went on a Friday night, deco was cute! It was busy and we had to wait in the queue but staff were very helpful and spoke to us and within 10 minutes we were seated. Music was on point and the desserts we ordered were really nice and not bad value for money £. Great service especially from Haider. Had to leave a little tip. Great family environment better than the other dessert places around the area. Will be coming again soon.

Sweet Desserts is a busy dessert parlour on the popular Ladypool Road in Birmingham. It offers a exciting atmosphere in their bespoke store which has a modern and exclusive character. They have a vision to serve outstanding desserts and coffees, using only ingredients of the highest quality. They didn’t disappoint!
The menu has a great variety of desserts and treats to choose from. Prices are reasonable and all the items on the menu are Suitable for Vegetarians.
We ordered the Rocher Waffle. This is described as pieces of Ferrero Rocher, topped off with hazelnuts and smooth Nutella for that perfect chocolate crunch. It is served with a scoop of delicious Nutella ice cream and two squirts of fresh cream. We found the waffle was actually one of the best we have ever tasted! It was hot and fresh. It was a nice large portion, and very filling.
We also tried the Mango N Passion Ice Cooler. It was a great cooler that tasted amazing and was of good value.
The customer service is great here. Outside they have a designated place for Sheesha.
We love Sweet Desserts and would go back anytime!

Consistency of the brownies was more like cake
Gelato was lovely
Ferrero cookie dough was delicious
Chai was actually English style tea albeit with spice infusion despite clarifying with waiter prior to ordering
Decor was very elegant

Staff are always so friendly here, service is great. Desserts are delicious! Best desserts on ladypool road are served here without a doubt! Been here many times and my regular order is always a classic waffle with strawberries and Nutella, however as it was Tuesday tried out the two for one cookie dough, and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the brownie cookie topped with strawberries! Strawberries were fresh here unlike some places and the portion size was generous. Atmosphere is good and the decor of this place is beautiful!
This place is just so delicious! Bring your wife/date, your mum, your kids, your friends or all of the above and enjoy amazing savoury and sweet food!
Bubblegum shake is ace! Wafles with mixed berries 🤤🤤🤤! The breakfast are just... 🤯! I mean just come!

I always base my experience on waiting time, quality of food, hygiene, customer service and value for money.
With my family we had to wait a while, however we were kept informed and were seated in the waiting area.
