Not a bad place not horrible either. Staff is nice, seating is pretty much empty when we visited at 12pm
Food is nice and up to standard once you get it. However, this store is clearly ALWAYS understaffed. There is always rubbish and food on the tables plus you are waiting in a queue almost every time. Store would be much better if they had more staff.
Food was delicious and warm,customer service was great and they were polite specially a staff named Abdul he went extra mile to deliver my order in time.

Greeted by a lovely polite lady. Was supported with a choice. Food was fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean and free of rubbish.

Clean and well prepared food, efficient service, friendly staff. My pet hate is electronic menu screens, trying to decide what to eat and it changes to an advert. I last went to a BK over 30 years ago and hated the flame (burnt) burger taste, this time I tried a chicken burger it was satisfactory, but its not like I'm holding a grudge or anything. In 30 years time I might try again, that's what every business needs, repeat customers
Lovely food and a lovely place. I had the chicken royal meal and onion rings. All were cooked fresh. So it was all lovely and hot. My daughter had the burger meal. Also freshly cooked. We used vouchers from the bus so we got a really good deal. The shop was kept nice and clean and tidy. The toilets were nice and clean. A disabled toilet is also available.

Just opened the seating inside. Food excellent as always. Staff very friendly. Place is very clean and socially distanced tables. Service is fast and easy. Will definitely be back again
