The shisha has always been on point been coming since they opened. The service you get is like no other. The hospitality is the best. Soon as I walk in there is a desi tea or soft drink waiting for me. The place has become a home. Guaranteed once you try their shisha you will say it’s the best

one of the best lounges i have been to. service on point shisha no one can compare to. wide range of flavours staff are freindly. from the moment you walk in to the point you leave the experience is as it should be. this is going to be my new spot.

Nice friendly family and friends chill out safe environment, staff were really friendly, food service was excellent, food presentation was good.
Love it! Plenty parking on main and side streets. Order comes out quickly even if it's busy.. Always play a good choice of music and it never seen blasts down your ears.. Also a mixed crowd so you never feel out of place. Staff and owners are very welcoming and will go out their way to make you feel comfortable. Good food milkshakes hot drink choices. By far the best shisha lounge in Birmingham
Wonderful experience, a relaxed environment compared to others in the locality. Shisha flavours are on point, I could tell they use genuine flavour. With staff checking up at regular intervals even though they were busy, they ensured I was looked after today and whereby this lounge is deserving of no less than a 5 star rating. Thank you Guys. Will be back soon again.

Really liked the atmosphere, no loud music like a night club (which most shisha lounges have nowadays) which means we could hear ourselves talk and think lol
Food - we ordered the Handmade Gourmet burger, its worth the money, was surprised with the presentation of the food, (thought I was eating in a Michelin rated restaurant) I would recommended everyone to try there food.
Basically 1319 shisha is the only place I will be going to now lol. Mainly because it's not a nightclub style and the shisha was bang on with astonishing food.

The staff were very accommodating on a busy night when the Anthony Joshua fight was on. The shisha was on point, great staff and atmosphere. I live in Southampton but will always come here when I'm in Birmingham. Special thanks to brother Omar. Umar from Southampton.
I ordered an AMG shisha. It was one the best smokes I've had. The base was clean, the pipe was clean, the smoke was clean. It produced clouds and I tasted all the Al Fakher flavours.

The best shesha I'v had in a very long time. I have been here a few times and everytime the shesha is bang on. The food was amazing. I'm yet to try the desserts how ever the way the food and shesha is I can only expect the dessert to be the same. Defo a place to check out
One of the best lounges in Birmingham, my favourite is frozen apple raspberry and it’s on point in this lounge compared to others! Would definitely recommend to anyone else.
