Nice kfc with 5 star rating food hygiene. Toilet facilities upstairs with disabled toilet downstairs. No toilet paper which is not ideal.

I've not been to a halal KFC in years (because of constant disappointment), and went to the Star City one on the weekend because Nandos had a big queue and oh my God. So good! I loved the Tower Burger and the spicy wings. Not a fan of the fries; they were trying to be too posh and missed the mark. I'd definitely go again.

So yesterday I went it for the first time as a family, unfortunately we had a issue with our order however I’ve got to say the customer service we received was great. There was gentleman I didn’t catch his name whom I spoke to I think he was training to become a manager he was very polite who then called the manager for us i think her name was samah (team leader). I spoke to her and was very understanding of my concerns and came to a resolution. Just wanted to say a big thanks for your help
The floor in here is always either slippery or sticky! This issue needs to be addressed other wise this store is always great with the food. Even on a busy day they just get it done quickly!
