Very busy place, as it's in city center.
Service is fast and food quality is supper.
Currently they have offer in app to play arcade game and win 1 free food item.
Me and my parter both have redeem offer and enjoyed free wrap & Popcorn chicken.
Staff is also very helpful.
Was busy when we got there and l prefer ordering at the till instead of the silly self-service screen. The lady on the till was nice and explained the different options and l wanted the £5.99 20 hot wings which l LOVE ❤️. I also ordered the fries and large bottle of Pepsi max. Not bad for £8.98 and
Great service. Staff were very friendly, managed to grab some food just before closing time! Went back because I loved the food so much. Honestly this place is awesome!
Great place to have a quick meal with family. Nice hot food, correct order. Staff polite. Toilets well look after.
Better service than the new street branch. Staff are more faster with getting the food. It does get very busy but other than that I've had no problems with this kfc bull street.
Quick service and plenty of seats to eat your food at. They have a number of self service kiosks so that helps get your food quickly.
Only slight disappointment was there was a couple of menu items unavailable and they had no serviettes to clean your hands with.
Ordered a 3 piece chicken, chips & a drink, but on opening it they had given me 3 small drumsticks, so I asked for one to be changed to a breast, which they did no problem.
