A bit of a delayed review.
Made a phone order. Ordered 2x munchboxes. Contained wings, burger, fries and drink. Food was very fresh, deliciously tasty and very hot.
Plenty of tissues, sauces were also given. Thank you Adam for the hospitality. Appreciate it.
The place is clean, the staff (2 brothers that runs the shop are so friendly), once you try the food here u can’t stop eating it again and again because is so good, I wish I could eat here everyday.
Recommendation: lemon and herb is the best flavour ;).
This review is very delayed as i very rarely do reviews but i wanted to put it out there. I went to this Rios for the first time around a month ago now and i had my 1year old son with me. I ordered some nuggets for my little one and a chicken wrap meal for myself. The food was so delicious but mostly what i wanted to share was that day i had no cash on me & the two brothers on the counter were nice enough to save me the walk and still allow me to do a transfer over rather than walk all the way and find a cash point. Honestly, for me it's customer service that a person remembers most about a business & brings them back. They're very humble brothers and treat you with the most respect. Their food is made with detail and everything is made fresh. Fully reccomend this place :)

Rio's staff members offer a spectacular service, they always manage to get the order correct no matter how large it is, they have great customer service and always ensure the food is warm and flavourful! I would recommend this place as it is my constant go to! Keep it up
Just had their chicken and rice and strips. 10/10, perfect post gym meal. Tbf every time I’ve been I’ve never been disappointed and the brothers give great service always!
Excellent service and food. The original management and team have returned to Rio's in Sparkhill after a couple of years of rented out the branch to someone else. Good to have them back as the food, service and the whole experience is outstanding with the original team back now. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
