A bit of a delayed review.
Made a phone order. Ordered 2x munchboxes. Contained wings, burger, fries and drink. Food was very fresh, deliciously tasty and very hot.
Plenty of tissues, sauces were also given. Thank you Adam for the hospitality. Appreciate it.
The place is clean, the staff (2 brothers that runs the shop are so friendly), once you try the food here u can’t stop eating it again and again because is so good, I wish I could eat here everyday.
Recommendation: lemon and herb is the best flavour ;).

Rio's staff members offer a spectacular service, they always manage to get the order correct no matter how large it is, they have great customer service and always ensure the food is warm and flavourful! I would recommend this place as it is my constant go to! Keep it up

Excellent service and food. The original management and team have returned to Rio's in Sparkhill after a couple of years of rented out the branch to someone else. Good to have them back as the food, service and the whole experience is outstanding with the original team back now. Highly recommended.
