Food was cheap enough with decent portion sizes. Wide range of options and not bad on flavours. The drive-through puzzled me because we drove all the way around, then ordered, paid, and waited in a bay. That aspect could be more efficient, so orders are placed at the first menu, possibly paying at the last window to decrease wait time. Just a suggestion.

Nice and big plenty of seating area, reasonable car park. Prices are high will give 4* over all can't complain. Mayonnaise is very rich.

First time coming to this Big John's. Food was great. Fresh chips too. Service was fine. Was going to eat in but the place looked a little too dingy and there was still stuff on the tables from previous customers so we just ate in the car. One of the few Halal places in the vicinity that's got at least a 3* cleanliness and was open at the time.

Great tasting food, plenty of choice on the menu not to mention value for money.

Now I know everyone has their own taste, likes and dislikes etc but this was the best doner I've ever had. The slices were cut just perfectly and you could actually taste the meat rather than just the fat. This doner meat was very lean and tastey 😋 you can't judge by how it looks but boy its good. I order mine in a pitta rather than naan, old sckool 😎

Great selection of food, and at excellent prices..... Snack meal deals as little as £3. Service bit awkward as guy didn't speak much English (or my Cornish accent in Birmingham?) got there in the end. Food was top notch, hot and full of flavour, but too many chips.... Wish we had this franchise down in West Country!!! See you next time we are in the area (probably when we are working at NEC next)

Came up from Cornwall to go to the NEC. Was looking for food and came across Big John’s. Easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful. Food is very tasty, would definitely recommend. So much choice too.

Beats any Big Johns in Birmingham! Chicken is always great. Weird how my favourite menu item has to be the southern fried chicken wrap. Not a fan of the interior, feels run down and unclean. Luckily this place has a drive thru.

Seem to offer good value options and the food I got was nice. Was a bit of a wait for what was a quiet Friday afternoon but no bother.

We all loved our stop at Big John's. Chips were lovely, crispy, grease free, fluffy on the inside. No oil on these bad boys. Only disappointment, not enough in small portion, should have picked large. Ended up buying another portion. The pizza was very much loved by kids and myself. Picked the toppings, just yummy. We had burgers, which looked very nice for our young boys. The wraps chicken were perfect, soft, warm wrap and very tasty. Great visit, shame its got a Chippy feel. Not really a sit in, although there are a few family booths. Good experience, BJs have a great menu, to choose from. Can't go wrong
