This is quite a small restaurant for a Harvesters. There was a delay in getting our salad bowls because of an allergy in our group. Apart from that, the food was good, and we didnt wait too long for our meal. A solid 4 out of 5 for me.
Kat and Carlene were amazing service women and I loved how they especially took their time out to engage with my 6yr old son; it’s most likely part of their job training but it didn’t look forced and looked very natural. Lovely experience with them
However , I haven’t been to Harvester in a while and was surprised that they had removed the Cod and chips and it replaced with haddock. It wasn’t bad but I do miss their cod but I can understand this was more a financial decision .

Great service from Kat she was very welcoming and chatting and had a very good sense of humour. Being 2 ladies that met up for a lunch and catch up after not seeing each other for a few months, us ladies can chat... There was no rush for us to order as we was busy chatting away. Food was lovely too great portions. Brilliant. Would definitely dine again. Kat is a lovely person to have at the front of house.
Good food, 7/10. Really, REALLY kind staff. Very helpful and caring when they really didn't even need to be at times.
Sally served us and she was delightful and cheerful.

Went for lunch with my daughter. We had a lovely waitress called Indianna. She made sure that we had our food as requested. I had bean burger meal but don't like vegan cheese so she swapped it for dairy cheese. For my dessert I asked for some strawberries with my sticky toffee pudding as I'm intolerant to dairy milk. My daughter had waffles which was huge! She made sure our water was topped up when we asked and she was just a really lovely person. Very kind. The food was amazing and the salad bar of course! We were totally stuffed and had to roll home. 😋

The lunch deal is very good value, and the Free salad bowl that comes with the food is great, healthy, tasty and fresh.
Kat is great with her friendly and considerate service.
Just returned from a nice meal at this Harvester. This place was a little bit out of the way for us but well worth the drive. We booked a table for six and although we arrived quite early we were not left waiting around. I always have to say how my Missus loves the fresh salad at The Harvesters and this one was very good.
Am I imagining this or did I hear an Elvis song playing in the background, while I tucked into a delicious Southern Fried Chicken Burger?
They even include music on the menu.
It seemed quite busy today but the staff weren't ruffled and provided a great service.
This might be down to brilliant team work but our table was served by one person 'Mia'
She's definitely a superstar team member.

Great service. Didn't have to wait around to long to be asked what we wanted. We ordered and second round of drinks they came quickly. Table was tidy. Food was lovely. Chicken was big 😋 small portion of chips which to me is perfect because I would rather have more meat than chips. Topped up side salad. Filled me up.
The food was disappointing, and the starter was overcooked. main was luke warm. The pudding fudge cake came out cold and, at the end, was overcharged by 31 pounds if I had not checked the bill. I know it was Mother's Day but get more staff. The last two times we have been has been disappointing it starting to go downhill. Shame cause it was the only restaurant that was good but might have to rethink. Was not even offered anything in return or discount both times.
