A fun stop for any Disney fan! We popped in for a Mickey waffle each as a snack. There was a bit of a wait to get a table and the tables and menus were quite unclean. A long queue to order too but was very quick with bringing food out! Maybe going on a quiet week day would be better!

My son had a lovely time at this cafe. Heard many bad reviews but staff were accommodating, efficient and friendly. Mickey waffle was a good size and kids hot chocolate was just the right temperature!

We have been to Birmingham for quite a few times but we never know that there is a Disney cafe in Primark !! We ordered a Mickey Waffle 🧇 (to share) + Hot Chocolate and Latte ... For the waffle, you can choose 2 toppings which include chocolate sauce, hazelnut sauce, mash-mellow, rainbow sprinkle etc,, There are some mini video games available while waiting for the food... ⭐️ And I am sure you will enjoy the food and the environment even you are an adult 😆 🏰 Disney is just so magical, right ?

I came here during my day trip to Birmingham and wanted to try something new. When arriving I was greeted by Fatima and Aasia who seated me quickly and gave me a good explanation on how things worked. Everything was so lovely with huge portion sizes and cheap prices. Everyone who worked here was also very kind. 10/10 service especially from Fatima

Got to say only came here as I had two hungry teens at the start of a shop trip and the other cafe in Primark was closed. I had vegan jack wings and the girls had nachos. Two milkshakes and a flat white with oat milk and I've got to say I was pleasantly surprised. The vegan wings were lovely (4.5*) Nachos were good. Milkshakes a little watery and small, flat white was fine too. So the score reflects the fact that it was much better than I thought it was going to be. Plus it's not extortionate! Staff were friendly and quick. If you had a little child, who loves Disney probably perfect cafe for q quick bite

This is a great idea and I'm surprised that, there isn't one in London. The tables, have interactive games to play. Had waffles in the shape of Mickey Mouse, with banana, sauce and whipped cream and a strawberry milkshake. Went in about 3:30pm, they were due to close at 4pm, advised that they were no longer doing hot food, but had cakes, waffles and pancake's available to make. Definitely worth a visit, if only to say you have been.

Lovely experience. I wish more Primark's had this in. Just be careful online it says it does not open until 11am on a Sunday but when we tried to order the weekend Brunch they said that they finished serving that at 11am... I am guessing this means they open at 10.30 when the store opens for browsing. We then had waffles and ice cream for breakfast instead. But its a weekend so why not lol.

We visited this cafe for the experience. We didn't have to wait long for a table and we had to scan a QR code for the menu. It's table service and was tun very efficiently. The menu is quite limited and really aimed at children. The place was clean and I would estimate that it's just over the average price for the quality of food.

Expected more from a Disney themed cafe :( The waffles were good but nothing special The menu options were limited I wish the place was a little cleaner and the staff were more attentive, especially that I visited during the morning on a weekday and I was literally the only one there

We had to see what all the hype was about but to be honest it wasn't all that great. We waited 25 minutes just to be seated and the Micky mouse pancakes and waffles were very small. I was shocked at the Portion sizes as they seemed more suitable to a toddler. The cafe looks good though with the Disney theme throughout.

I would say the menu here is quite small but really good prices to treat children to disney food. The disney waffles were i think £3 which is really good. The vegan jack wings were good shame the only vegan dessert is fruit would have been nice to also be able to have the pancakes or waffles. Coffee was really good which i was suprised at. We did have to que but no more than 10mins and the staff were very nice and friendly
