Had a girly nightout for meal and a movie. Our waitress was fantastic really bubbly and clearly enjoyed her job very knowledgeable about the food and the menu. Food was great didn't have to wait to long between course. Had a bit of a mishap with our drinks and a menu ours and the waitresses fault but the waitress was there with cloth and fresh bottle of wine at no extra cost. Made for a great night out will definitely be back for another visit soon
Good branch, if you like a blue steak this is the place and Dans your man.. Table staff are all friendly and polite, we’ve been served by Kayleigh on many occasion and found her to be excellent, nothing is too much trouble. I have autistic children and the informal atmosphere is perfect for them, the free WiFi is handy as it keeps them happy and we have never had stares or negativity.
All in all this makes for a very enjoyable experience, I would thoroughly recommend them!
Decided to go to the Harvester for Sunday lunch with my Mom yesterday, we immediately got a table for two and browsed the menu. We both had chicken with vegetables and gravy, Mom's with a jacket potato, and mine with sweet potato fries. There was nothing left on our plates! Everything was cooked beautifully and was delicious, the salad bar was all fresh, the staff were super friendly, and even with a drink each our visit only cost us £20. No complaints!

Food was lovely came out in a good time and was a good size. Only thing was that most of the staff were standing around catching fly's ! The young girl who waited on me (Kayleigh) seemed to be the only one waiting on tables and bringing food out bless her ! Staff need to work as a team instead of sitting on there phones!
Love this Harvester, nice staff very good food. We had our lunch at 16.00 it was very quiet. Next time we are in good old Birmingham we come again.thx

Lovely very friendly staff. Food tasted good. But my food portion was very tiny, smaller than a child's portion we thought. My friends meals were of a normal size and they were satisfied, I however left feeling quite hungry and I don't even eat large meals. I raised my concerns with staff as we left and it was acknowledged that some meals (mine in particular) is known to be on the small side. It was more like a starter!
The food was good and so were the prices. We had starters and mains. The starters were served and then the food came while we still had the starter and it felt rushed. Then at the end, when we literally just put the forks down the waitress came to asks us if we want the bill. It felt a bit like we were rushed out. But we did enjoy the food!
This was the first time after going to any harvester after previously getting very bad food poisoning 9/10 years ago. The service was very good. Prices were affordable. I enjoyed a kids meal however unlimited drinks weren't available on the kids menu and youcould only have black currant or orange squash . In addition to this I ordered a ice cream Sunday but the bowls were warm and made the ice cream melt fairly quickly. Apart from this the ice cream Sunday was great served with a flake and a cone 😉 👍 These are the only two issues I had with the place, the staff were friendly and service was quick, will most definitely be revisiting. Do reccomend.
We visit harvester a lot and enjoy the meals and staff 99% of the time. The food is always hot and exactly what we ordered. I forgot to take photos on this occasion but suffice to say we'll be visiting again soon.
Went last night staff were great. Not expecting mich from the salad bar for a Monday but it was all out fresh. Wish we had more money to leave tip but unfortunately had spent most of our coins in the arcade. The food was excellent my partner had ribs and said they were excellent infacrt he even knows what he will have next time which he wanted to be tonight 🤣will save room for dessert next time as they looked great. Thanks guys
Fantastic food, and a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant too. The staff were more than helpful and understanding, especially when it came to our 2 young children and their needs. Will definitely visit again
Always clean and speedy service. Toilets are nice too and I've not known them to have anything missing from the menu. I've never seen it really busy either, so wait times for the food aren't too bad.

Popped in for a bite after bowling. Was quiet but was seated straightaway.
Drinks were speedy as was the food.
Reading the rest of reviews I'm shocked by low score or we were lucky. Laura looked after us from the start. Even made conversation with us whilst we were waiting and deciding on desserts.
Nothing was too much trouble for her...not that we were awkward lol.

Went here after watching a film at the cinema. Great service lovely fresh salad with lots of choices, and loved the food we ordered good portions. I Admit it wasn't busy but it was a Wednesday, however the guy that served us was very attentive. Will definitely go again
