Nice Costa, 200 yards from Snow Hill car park, very nice, friendly staff, super Almond croissant and aid course a large cappuccino, seating area at the back is bigger than you first expect, very clean and well kept. Drink was excellent.
Always Busy! Toilets are downstairs and upstairs, the Coffee as always Perfect in Costa just come and enjoy!
Beauty in simplicity. I walked into Costa, waited on my designated 2 metre safe distance mark. Made my order with the warm, assistive staff and moved to the next mark to collect my order. I had to pay extra for non-dairy milk, which I hope, will become something of the past. The coffee was lovely. T
It wasn't't busy when I arrived early Monday morning. Friendly staff. Quick service. Plenty of choice and plenty of seats around. Toilets are also available.
Kerry took my order and made me the drink chai latte with coconut milk. She was very bubbley and comforting and was very patient whilst i was struggling to make my order. I have been going to this Costa for years. The team and manager are very inviting and friendly on every visit even though it can get busy but they seem to very speedy and never have to wait long for my coffee in the morning. Best Coffee shop I've ever been to. Thanks Costa.

Came in as usual for a quick coffee whilst I head off to Uni, honestly staff are lovely and kind. The app for me wasn’t working today for the free drink promotion either with data or WiFi on. But they did me a drink on the house as I was in a rush which is really appreciative.
