Great when you go in store, foods great and they aren’t stingy with food or dips.
Ordering from Uber on the other hand… they sting out on dips and there’s no option to buy more… even if you put it in the notes it’s a 50/50.
Id definitely order A LOT more if they at least had the option to buy more
Good food nice staff always give u more than u pay for,not just me but all dixy customers. Washwood heath Road dixy is great,can vouch for this one.
This is my local dixy. The service is good and the food is good. I normally buy a selection of foods. Their chicken burgers' are particularly tasty. I am a little shocked at the price rises for the fish burger meals. For a cheap fish that they serve, there is no justification for such a price jump.
Love this Dixy. This is my local dixy and i have been to other branches and this is one of the best. I always go for the chicken wrap meal. Only problem is not enough place for eating. Also staff sometimes are half asleep so you have to repeat yourself more than once. Prices have increased which is

Reviewing for the wings only, best of all dixys ive tried, very reasonably priced too - the additional cost for BBQ sauce coated wings is also really nice but tends to sell out pretty quickly.
Only issue is sometimes the wings aren't that fresh, but hasn't been the problem on most occasions
Food is very quick and you can go in the shop and come out with your food after a couple of minutes.
Also food is good and always reliable and consistent. I've had it from there a lot of times and is always delicious.
Probably the best mega mix burger I’ve had around Birmingham, but definitely the best chilli sauce I’ve had. Shop is clean and staff are good. Overall I’d recommend trying it out!

Standard Dixy takeaway food but in Birmingham so far out of all the other Dixy branches this branch has the best chicken and service.

Gave me 3 days of diarrhoea and vomiting but I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of the sizzler burger. Worth the burn I say.
