My thanks to the team. Bite of dinner with a friend and his hearing dog and the staff from the manager down couldn't have been more accommodating. They spotted his working jacket, found space for us with room for Alvin (My friend's 4 legged helper), offered a drink for all 3 of us and were a genuine delight throughout. No prompting, no questions, just on it from the second we arrived.
Is a pleasure to enjoy dinner at a restaurant where the crew are so much fun and so friendly. Visited earlier on in the year and was not a one off.
Food wasn't shabby either. ;-)
Had a spot of lunch here today with my husband while we attended an event at the NEC. Lovely food, fast service (which was fab as my blood sugar was low), and above all else the staff were polite, efficient and absolutely delightful. A credit to your company. Thank you xxx
I don't really get why this is getting bad reviews. I went on Saturday during Insomnia fest at the NEC which is a busy time. Despite this we were sat down straight away and had our order taken pretty quick. The food was really good and the place had a nice atmosphere. I've been twice this year, both during NEC events. Both times we were served by a nice girl called Ilena who made it a nice experience (I hope someone reading this gives her this feedback because she was pretty cool)
When we arrived, there was a very big queue as Slash, myles Kennedy and the conspirators were playing nearby that night , so as you can guess there are a lot of people wanting to be fed , when the team saw my phone and I had a reservation asked me to step outside the queue and she would go find out where my table was , we were very quickly seated, Someone came to take our order for a drink and food. Everyone was so friendly and not stressed considering how busy it was. I was impressed. Food was lovely and so are your staff. Would definitely recommend booking in advance if it’s a concert going on nearby, will book next time again so we can eat at your establishment love it
I popped in to Pizza Express with my daughters after a cinema trip and we had a lovely time. We were served by Italy who was wonderful with the kids and made sure they had everything they needed. The kids got straight to work with their activity packs and crayons! The food arrived very quickly and was super tasty. We can always rely on Pizza Express for a brilliant family meal that the kids will actually eat! Thank you Italy for your wonderful service :-)
Honestly, I love pizza express now. I have been to two of their branches. Service and food was just fantastic.
The only negative point was for some reason they did not want us to sit outside. Maybe they had a rule of some sort. But regardless everything was great!

Had one of the best experiences eating in a restaurant in a long time here. Our waitress Italy was fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble. Very attentive, accommodating and polite. I hope she is recognised by the company as she would be the reason we would choose to revisit! Complete asset to the business.
Had a wonderful visit here recently, booked in through the app and had some rewards to use on our order, so we had some amazing discounted food! Staff were very friendly and attentive, even while it was busy and the energy was lively with good music playing. I enjoy bringing family and friends here as it is always a wonderful visit with compliments to the chefs, managers, waiters, all staff, all around. We will be visiting again soon!
We ate here before attending Free Radio at the Arena and our server Italy was amazing despite the restaurant being busy.
She promptly brought over our drinks and then our deserts at the end, and also had time to help my daughter wind up my son (light heartedly of course) which absolutely made her day.
We will 100% be returning when in the area.

Danny and Laura were amazing. Totally saved the day when we have been left waiting at the business next door for 45 min for a table, despite being told 10mins, with a very hungry 6 year old.

The restaurant is at the base of the imposing Resorts black glass building and can be reached from the outside path. It is alongside the large attractive lake in front of the NEC exhibition centre, easily reached from the central indoor piazza linking the halls. It's a pleasant 5 mins stroll or perhaps 10 mins with kids or elderly. Very pleasant at dusk with some neon in the background of the walk to give it a bit of a party feel.
On arrival I felt a little odd as you have to wait in the "porch" to be seated and I felt slightly excluded but I soon got the nod.
I let them know I had a train to catch and the starter arrived almost before I was settled at the table, with a charming waitress also bringing a nice glass of tapwater. Around 10 minutes later the pizza arrived, and they were very efficient when I called for the bill. The mozzarella and tomato salad was very tasty, and the La Reine pizza as nice as anywhere in the Pizza Express chain.
All the staff seemed happy and obliging and the atmosphere was good. Based on my experience I can recommend this restaurant.
We went to the Resorts World restaurant. Service and food were exceptional. Our server Danny welcomed us warmly and courteously, and his professional, softly spoken manner continued throughout. He went above and beyond in ensuring we were ok/satisfied, even offering to bring some cucumber for our baby son - a touching gesture we have not seen elsewhere. The food was great but it was actually Danny's service that really made the experience. He made our day and we will certainly be dining here again. Thank you.
Our family of 4 had the most delicious meal at pizza express. Our waitress, Italy, went above and beyond and really made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly and attentive. We will certainly return. Thank you so much 🤩
Delicious food, amazing staff, and nice view to the lake. The waiter was so pleasant and professional, and always showing a smile despite the fast paced environment. Definitely recommend it!
