I ordered the chicken Adana and chicken sheesh for the second time today. The food never disappoints. The rice was nice and flavourful and the chips were great. I took a friend who really enjoyed the place too.
Well, i had to reach to taste and see. Wow, i loved my curry goat and rice and peas and colslaw. Peppermint tea and sampled some #sexyjuice. You got to reach. Front of shop is Rooster, 509 Bristol Rd, Birmingham B29 6AU. Big up the chef.

Food was so nice. Will come here again. Also fresh would recommend for any who loves fried chicken or sharwarma.
Lamb here is the best!. They also have breakfast and dessert !
The food at this place is outstanding, especially the carribean food they now offer too.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the hand dryer in the toilet is always broken and it could be much cleaner and better maintained for a restaurant in the toilets. Also I really think the staff are very friendly but many of them dress inappropriately in hoodies and tracksuits in the kitchen which really takes away from this place.
Other than those two points, as I said the food is delicious here! I'd love to see them read this and sort both issues out!
The second time we came back its much improved. The place is clean and good value for money. Food arived promptly. Nice waiter. When ordering, stick with Turkish menu, they taste delicious. Avoid takeaways like fish and chips or fried chicken.
We popped in on a spur of the moment decision following a trip home from Cadbury's World.
The food is simply amazing. Their burgers are hand made and taste divine. My daughter had the lamb shawarma wrap meal which was also fantastically presented and very tasty.
We also ordered a platter for 2 which we struggled to finish, as the portion was immense.
All in all a great meal, we may even be making the 12 mile trip here once a month as the food was very good value for money.
Great service at the counter, with a great smile, and hearty, halal compatible meals. I had a shwarma which was shredded lamb meat, with a nice rice, a bit of salad, and option to have chips instead of the rice.
I would say that the meat on my shwarma, could have been slightly more meaty/less gristly, but I've had their chops and burgers here before, and had no complaints. Also the chicken is usually pretty good too. Apart from that, it's a clean place with good, consistent service, so i will probably be back 🙂
Great food but a bit disappointed with the seating area.
The place is floating between a glorified takeaway v could be nice restaurant.
Will say again can't fault the food.

When first entering the establishment an amount of me being unsure was prefelent although after receiving some food my opinion changed very quickly. The people at the shop were so friendly and welcoming. The meal was gorgeous and I would recommend this place to anybody
