Next to the train station, so relatively busy especially during peak hours. The service speed is fast and satisfying. Enough seats to dine in even in busy periods. The food quality is fine, never problems with that. Sometimes there are small mistakes with the orders, but always solvable in the end.
The double cheeseburger was delicious! Not a bad example of customer service. The students can choose between a free mayo chicken burger or a Mcflurry! I also have to mention the excellent packaging and flavour! ❤️
Fast to get food no more than 5 Mins. However the staff don't really interact with customers and always fail to get things right I've written several times I'm eating in and get it put in a bag not on a tray Just a small detail. It gets very busy thought this Is a popular location. Nothing else to say it's a macdonalds you know you're getting fast food...

We are currently playing "who can catch the noodle in-between their toes" and Joe started telling me about the experience he had at McDonald's Birmingham.
To start off he was actually quite intoxicated (he diluted 15 apple pies and drunk them on a tricycle). He went into McDonald's and shared his interest in a Big Mac with one of the Members of staff. The staff convinced him to get 15 big macs and 7 portions of croutons. Unbelievable stuff!
They took down each others digits and now stay in contact regularly! They even started a band together called "Crouton for you, Crouton for me". My favourite song of theirs is called "A day in Birmingham can change the out come of your life, when you meet your new best friend and Bathe in Croutons". Its a great song.
Anyways, he said the food was perfect and he has a new BFF for life.

Excellent service. Had a burger boucher set for two pounds and the staff offered dippings on takeout which is quite uncommon but very essential.
Busy new street station store. I am visiting this place from years I think, vary well managed quality and standards. Like this place always. More than just regular Mcdonald place.
The overall shop experience is very good, due to its location it maybe bit rushy in the peak hours.
