Went to this place and ordered the lunch special, a bowl of spicy rice with chicken. The rice was cooked beautifully and the chicken was so moist and juicy and packed with flavour. The service was amazing and had a lovely chat with the waitress who told us about each dish and also gave us free samples of their Briskit which was cooked to perfection.
The restaurant has loads of tables and the time that we went, it was completely empty so it was lovely feeling so comfortable.
I would recommend anyone coming here.
Retro deco, Nice! We ordered potato skins with beef and kidney beans, Very tasty! Platter of brisket pulled chicken/beef very nice, salsa was nice not enough. It was very filling, like the taco, me my son struggled to finish as alot of meat, so hubby joined in, Plenty! (First time eating brisket) ate obliviously lol. Was tasty. Kiddie chicken burgers simple. Would return again to try other dishes. Service was friendly.
The sirloin steak was good, I had it cooked medium. It had a slight chew but for the most part it was tasty, especially with the mushroom sauce. The hand cut American fries were okay. The price was fair for steak and chips. Not a bad place for some steak.
Had the smokey platter. Good portion size, very tasty brisket. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the decor!
Very tasty steak. I ordered the sirloinsteak medium rare with peppercorn sauce and cheesy mash. Decor very nice, service was very good. Definately dining here again
Amazing service. Friendly staff, made sure we had everything we wanted. Definately worth a visit. Food was amazing.
overall great food and service the decor was really good and goes with the theme.
I went for the 28 dry aged t bone steak which was Aberdeen Angus and had it cooked medium rare. u get a choice of 2 sides and a sauce. my other two friends ordered a Smokey platter which was a sharer and had pulled beef pulled chicken and briskets strips which came with chips and bread.
well my steak was great firstly cooked properly which a lot of people can not get right. secondly the dry aged distinctive flavours was awesome. i would say it's probably not for everyone as the meat has a different flavour. my friends platter was defiantly big enough for two people I had a bite of each from the platter and surprisingly it was delicious and they loved it too.
all of had a great experience and defiantly would come back and recommend others.
My first experience at rustys, as soon as you walk through the door you get that rustic authenticity of a true American style smoke house. Not your usual looking steak house. The decor is something I have never seen before and you can tell the owner has put a lot of thought and care in to the design. Just to see it is a visual treat. The employees and managers are extremely friendly and welcoming and the seating couldn't be anymore comfortable. The food, well I ordered the BBQ chicken wings, Ribs for starters and a 28 day aged Rib eye steak. The wings and ribs were packed full of flavour, fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. The steak was seasoned to perfection, was a great portion, and was truly a sensation to the taste buds. With great options from the menu not too much but enough of a variety and at great reasonable prices; I have to say this is a place worth visiting again and again and I cannot wait for my next visit! It's a must!
Recommended by friends for steaks and have to say it was well recommended. ordered a medium rib eye and it came out perfect. Was not a fan of the sauce but then again the dry aged steak had such an amazing flavour that it didn't need a sauce. People who have been giving negative feedback clearly don't know what a dry aged steak is. Will be visiting soon again keep up the good work rusty's. Not to forget the fried ice cream in the end was AMAZING.
This place is dang, service is dang, people in the Google review are either fake or jealous as fk. Especially those one who has only 1 Google review.
