would not purchase white goods from here owing to a previously bad experience(damaged oven) and they take too long for delivery. Otherwise it is always a pleasure to shop here. customer service is exceptional and product choice is marvellous.

Very friendly staff in all deptmnts during my visit. Pleasantly surprised buy the in depth knowledge of staff in white goods section so purchased machine for family member. Management take note please,; you really need some seating in the household/ electrical appliances for those taking their time

Love it! Love it! Love it! I hate shopping... Still Loved it. Big mention to the staff, they put all the customers at ease... they go the extra mile... what's not to love. Oh and the stuff in there is not half bad either haha. Keep an eye out for a good deal. There is always 1 or 2 to be had.
Got the cutest pair of Brogues here. My SA Bernie was super sweet and so was the rest of the staff. My Apple Pay wasn’t working and a few other associates came over to help me. It didn’t work and Bernie held my shoe till the next day while I get it sorted. I love this JL
Excellent visit to buy a new bed. The staff member who served us was both knowledgeable and very helpful. We have had several visits to the Grand Central store and had the same sort of service. This place is definitely one of our first choices of shops to visit.
Surprisingly good value, in the lights section anyway
It's a professional but relaxing shopping experience, even when it's very busy. You can get most things here and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and always on hand. Great prices and never knowingly more expensive than any competition
