I’ve always ate from Village Kebab House but today I received quite a burnt pizza.
I rang them up and they immediately apologised and sorted the situation out. They sent out a new freshly made pizza with fries within 20 minutes.
Nowadays, shops question and hassle you even if they are in the wrong.
It’s so refreshing seeing a shop actually care about their mistake!
They even attached a note apologising again
