This place is usually crowded and finding a seat is always a problem. Staff do their best and serve us well. Food is good and the ambience is ok here!
I've been to this branch a lot of times over the years due to it's convenient location. I've never had any issues with the food or the service to date, and it's a great option at late night if you're out having a few drinks nearby. It's very busy during the day, as you'd expect from a city centre branch.
This is a go to spot to grab a quick snack. Certain days can be busy but it means the food be fresh, quick and hot yummy...and then some days are quiet and the food quality isn't great and have 'odd' people there. Depends on the time too but it is very popular, clean and affordable. I recommend pick up than delivery.
There are 2 McDonald's restaurants in the city centre and personally, I prefer this one. Maybe because of its location, this McDonald's usually is not very busy comparing to the one next to the train station. That means the service is a bit more efficient, really important if you are in a rush.
This branch is in a very busy location in the Birmingham city centre. Their service is 5 star and the staff are friendly. My hot chocolate was half full and when I complained about it, the staff who attended to me immediately apologized and replaced it. The atmosphere was crowded because of the location and I usually go there weekends with my child.
Usual mcdonalds food, you know what you're getting. Toilets were spotlessly clean. Staff friendly. Tables and floor were constantly cleaned the whole tome i was there and front of house was clean and undamaged.
Restaurant is spotlessly clean, tables are promptly wiped down and floor swept every time a table is vacated. When the order machine failed to print our receipt, the staff sorted our order without any problems or delay. Staff are attentive, friendly and professional. This is head and shoulders above the other McDonald's in central Birmingham.
'I'm loving it' best McDonald's restaurant in Walsall area plenty of seating downstairs ad well as up. Friendly staff quick service. They need to turn the food heaters up. As soon as you've sat down literally cold but still nice all the same
Very busy when I visited but it was close to Christmas. Excellent service even though it was very busy. Food was good and fresh. Try this one.....
I love Macs. I go in every opportunity I can get. it's more like a second home to me. lol, it's cheap, cheerful, and a good place to chill out . the staff are brilliant especially rita in cherry street macs in birmigham she is polite,helpful,works really hard she is fantastic with customers shes a great asset to macdonalds and whilever there is a macs I cant resist thier latte's
One of the best place to eat in and relax my kids really like to come here and it's not too expensive
Good with 24 hours service but only for deliveries for uber had to wait until few went out first even tho am standing there
This McDonald's is always busy specially on the weekends, as you have to wait a few minutes before you get a table.
For the same reason, have to wait for your order to come!
Best food chicken nuggets good awesome fries and some nice crisp spicy I ordered the milkshake and that is a 5 stars for me
