Visited on Good Friday, so prices were premium. I don't have a problem with that. Service was a tad slow, but the staff were all very pleasant. The carvery was well above average for a Toby (not a fan usually), almost every item was well cooked and very tasty. And those Yorkshire puds were HUUUUGE! A few niggles. The London Pride ale was nothing to be proud of. Beef (as usual) was not the best. And much to the wife's horror there was no crackling. Bill was £72 for 3 carvery, 3 puds and 3 drinks. Carvery was £15 each as opposed to £10 due to it being Good Friday. But I get that. Was grateful they were open in the first place.

Adam who served us was great. Lovely meal, I ate too much because the food was lovely. Adam was especially polite and accommodating. Just one point off for the pudding. It was nice but just too sweet for me. The mains for myself and my wife were really good. If I could have licked the plate of my main meal I would have done! Well done to all the staff great meal from a great team who were working their socks off! 👍

Our table was booked for 12.00 noon but as we arrived early the very pleasant lady in the Restaurant confirmed we could sit in the bar area and have a drink. Service was excellent, the area was clean and the barman was very pleasant. And we watched some of the footie on the big screen! Went to our table in the Restaurant @ 12.00 noon and the 3 of us each had a carvery. The Restaurant was lovely to sit in. The staff at the serving area were very pleasant. The food was very, very tasty and cooked really well. Our plates were empty when we had finished! The main person that looked after us on Sunday was a lady called "Smithy" and she was very pleasant and very helpful. Smithy gave excellent Customer Service making sure that we had everything we needed - you felt that nothing was too much trouble for her and she did it all with a smile! Would say that "Smithy" is a credit to yourselves. We finished our visit by returning to the bar area. In summary, whilst this was our first visit to the Castle Bromwich (The Bradford Arms) Toby Carvery it was definitely a really enjoyable experience and we hope to make return visits. Hopefully, you will be able to please share this positive feedback with Smithy and the Team that were on duty between 11.15am and 1.45pm when we visited last Sunday; and share with their Line Managers.

Really nice casual place. Great food and lovely family atmosphere. Our server Smithy make us feel like we are waiting for our mums roast😊

My daughter and I have been coming here for years and we've never had a bad experience. The staff are always lovely and friendly, go above and beyond for their customers. The food is always excellent. It's a real pleasure to eat here.
