Great place! Our go-to place for breakfast. Been coming here for years and staff are always super friendly and make a real fuss of the kids. Food is great too- they always accommodate my weird “the beans can’t touch my egg” shenanigans. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended!

Flew in for a very quick pit stop breakfast super friendly service from Michelle and lovely positive atmosphere, breakfast was fast and hot especially the beans (something other places seem to fail on) and tasty good quality food my friends first time here and she was impressed!

Firstly I recommend the egg burger !!!!!! Which is made 2 perfection at the old mill cafe.

I usually order from a place on the kings Norton green.. but used to live not far from the cafe old mill, so I decided to try, and wasn't disappointed.

Live 150 miles away but any time we are in Birmingham always need a trip to Old Mill for breakfast
Breakfast cooked fresh to order, they take any changes into consideration and made my breakfast just how I wanted it. Atmosphere is great, felt welcome and homely. Also you can have a pint with your breakfast, absolutely love that! Highly recommend, we'll definitely be back!
