Holly, Jack, Karen, Ceejay, Abi, and Leonor (please forgive the spelling) have amazing customer service. These humans make me feel so welcome every time I come in. They are attentive, lovely and go out their way. They have a sense of humour and make me laugh at least once!

Friendly and welcoming Costa Coffee located within the services with plenty of seating, good coffee and a nice selection of snacks and/or sandwiches. Staff are friendly and helpful and good place to sit down and relax a bit whilst travelling or just trying to kill some time.
I was stuck at Frankley for almost 6 hours awaiting recovery. Having sat for some time in Costa as they had the only comfortable seats the young lady who was working approached me and said she was due to finish shortly and I had been there bearly as long as her. I had cheese toastie with a hint of mustard, wife had a lain hame and cheese toastie, we loved it. Decaff tea and a lattee coffee ( you can get a decaf lattee).
