I have been to a few of the Chikaros branches but the Hodgehill Branch is definitely the best one I have been too.
I went with a few family members and between us there was quite a few children (5 In total) .
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff , who told us there was a playroom upstairs for the kids (which was massive by the way the kids loved it, and played in it the whole time and let us mums eat in peace lol).
The staff also helped me take up my babies belongings as I had to go up the stairs.The staff alongside bringing up our food and being very friendly and polite , they even went to play with the children which I thought was a lovely personal touch.
The food was well presented and tasted lovely , the staff gave complimentary dessert for the kids and when went down to pay the bill they got asked if they wanted ice-cream.
I would definitely come here again , whether it be with my children, family and friends I feel like this place caters for all groups.
Also, Staff members Abdullah and Safias customer service was outstanding and they really went above and beyond to look after us.
The food from here is amazing, we have the Rio's La Familia Grande from the menu and the food always arrives fresh and hot, and so tasty. We always have food left over for the next day! Highly recommend!! My definite go to for peri peri chicken π π
Staff very welcoming, patient, friendly & etc. The countless times I've come their standards have not dropped. When serving and unsure they are will to help provide alternative on what you want or like going of your order preference.
The food it self never had any complaints, always enjoyed it, never let me down. Serious can't complain.

Ordered a wings meal through uber eats and it arrived quickly. Once i opened the bag i soon realised i was missing my fries so i gave the shop a call straight away. The man on the phone was very apologetic and dealt with the problem giving me two options. Great customer service which meant i wasnt mad that they missed my fries. The wings were absolutely amazing so flavoursome and the perfect level of spice. Would definitely order again

I visited Rioβs with my family and we were all pleased with the food. The food was prepared very quickly and tasted delicious. The price of the food was very reasonable and the portions were of a good size.
The shop also has a nice seating area for families and it is clean and tidy. The staff are also friendly.
This place was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone and easily one of the best places Iβve eaten at and the service was also really good
Lovely staff and good food.
Parked in Tesco and enjoyed freshly made food with great service. Seating area was minimal but still clean and comfortable. Would be great to have more vegetarian variety on menu. Overall good experience and would go again.
Their food is very nice. Just one thing is that when u dine in the chicken is given in a plastic tray with paper lining. I would recommend if they can use some kind of plates. But peri chicken is really nice as well as their sauce.

The food is always fresh and delicious and the selection of food is great. Our household is half meat eaters and half veggie yet the one thing we always agree on is eating here! Plenty of variety for everyone and amazing value!. You never have to wait very long the service is fantastic and the staff are so friendly. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
