Sultans is like my home. Hospitality is on point, everyone is friendly.
Also being a huge foodie, the food of the menu is delicious, my go to is the chicken shawarma on a plate but spicy. Chefs are very accommodating.
Plus the spontaneous home cooked dishes from Ozzy are amazing. Her curries and bakes. My food from earlier this evening, keema pasta bake and hot brownies and custard. All homemade by Ozzy! You will not be disappointed . Food and shisha is on point!!!
Everything in this menu is so tasty. I've tried everything from the lunch menu. First time breakfast in here and it's definitely good value for money. I adore the food in here.
Their Shisha (Hookah) is too good. Al Fakhar flavors are better. Apple Mint Grapes, Peach and Water melon are good.
Their tea is fine. Ambiance indoor and outdoor both are beautiful.

Food is Delicious breakfast/Lunch/Dinner is made fresh. Huge variety from pizza/pasta's to lamb shank.

I personally love the shakshuka it's a must have.
Variety of drinks available including fresh fruit juices and smoothies.

The shisha was very good, the staff behind the counter and in shisha cafe were kind, attentive and helpful.

I have been visiting this place for the last three weeks and cannot find a single issue to complain about. The staff are super friendly, the service is seamless, and the price is fair. I highly recommend this place.

I had my engagement party at their lounge which was a small affair. The room was very well decorated and they did everything to my liking including cake, food and tea. They also used a smoke bubble machine for the first time which was very cool! I would recommend for small parties as the room is very well set for entertainment.

Love the place, I go there whenever I can. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are super friendly, would love it if some music was played to make the atmosphere better.
I have been attending Sultan on and off for a while now. My office for my previous job was just down the road so I'd attend 3 to 4 times a week, now it's less frequent but Sultan is my go to spot. High quality shisha, excellent customer service, with the staff being kind enough to remember by usual order (pomegranate peach raspberry shisha + Rubicon passion) and prepare it before I have even made the order. Jabar is a great guy as are the rest of the team who have been so welcoming.
Not to bring a negative, but I have read some confusing reviews about how this place treats black people differently, but as a black person myself I have had nothing but respect, consideration and warm welcoming from the team at Sultan - and urge people who have not attended themselves to not be swayed by those bitter reviews. It is an excellent place for ALL people no matter your background, and you will see that to be the case when you come.
Great venue which really caters to your individual needs.i attended a ladies night that was brilliant with a great finger buffet, well priced sheesha and lovely, welcoming staff.

Absolutely beautiful place! Cant find anywhere like this, i travelled over 100 miles to come here and was told i need membership but they was so polite they let me and my wife in, jamila was so so so nice Cant wait to come back.
Food is good espically lamb chuncks,beef burger,wellcoming from Jabbar and jamal very politely,moen and mohammed have a good services for shisha and charcoal,jamella like my mother and also made a good kurdish and black ment tea with nice politely smile, in the nd the secearuty very gentleman and polite ,I hope good future for whole staff members , the best shisha in Brums when I arrived in this country I felt like home🥰💞.
Good outdoor shisha lounge. Staff really take care of shisha and shisha itself is great! Food also delicious. I had chicken wrap with fries. Outdoor venue is tant, so you can easily spend your time there in rain or windy weather. Worth a visit!
Very welcoming staff and calm atmosphere. Ordered Sheesh Tauq, Rotisserie Chicken, and Fish. They served additional humus and 2 sides on the house.

Tried it out and wasn't disappointed, service was good, food was tasty, the portions were very giving, shisha hit the spot, scenery is nice, up and down. Defo will visit again when I'm down.
